Winter sunshine
Nice hotel in an excellent location close to restaurants and nightlife. The room was a good size, comfortable and soft bed, nice shower room with strong shower. Pool area nice and gets the sun until about 2pm so nice to get some shade after that. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

This is the second time I have stayed and the staff and everyone that works there were great ! The rooms comfortable and very clean and value for money ! I would fully recommend this hotel

Nice location
This is a very clean and friendly hotel just off one of the busiest nightlife streets in Pattaya. No noise at all from any bars and the rooms are very well furnished. Comfortable beds and a decent bathroom with walk in shower. Good restaurant on site but small and limited menu with decent prices if you dont fancy walking down the road. Swimming pool are clean and the pool is good too

Awesome place to stay with. Staffs were very friendly and rooms condition were very clean. They got their own restaurant and foods were very delicious .Close to Lk metro.strongly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , the property was clean and neat. The room was spacious, A/C worked good, bathroom was adequate, shower leaked a little and the fan was noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very stiff. The location is very convenient, not too close to the main area so there was very little noise when sleeping. Pool is small but nice area to relax.

Fifth Stay in Hotel
Basic hotel in quiet Soi but only short stroll from all the action of Soi Buakhow, so great location. Hotel cleaning staff are absolutely the best and night manager Ole is very helpful.

Hotel Needs Some Maintenance
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The previous stay was three years ago prior to Covid when the hotel was new and everything was in great condition. There has obviously not been much maintenance performed over the last three years as many aspects of the hotel left a lot to be desired

3 star hotel with a 5 star staff and accommodation
I’ve stayed here before pre-covid and it was amazing, service, staff, accommodations, all top notch indicative of a 5 star hotel…3 yrs later, I’ve returned and everything is still top notch!! ONLY bad thing is , they are fully booked and I cannot find a room for the rest of my vacation here in Thailand, this is my goto place whenever I book thailand.

Very Good
Very good hotel in a good location. The food is excellent from the coffee shop. The bedroom needs a chair. The only drawback is the swimming pool, there's only 6 sun loungers and the pool doesn't get the sun all day.

This hotel is everything! Comfortable, clean, amazing staff, yummy and not expensive food and so beautiful! I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable. If you’re ever in Pattaya do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel!

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. I regret the very uncomfortable "chairs". You cannot work or watch TV on them. The other drawback was the noise. There must be a nest of noisy ladies under the windows starting moving metal furniture at 07am and speaking, shouting, laughing all day long.
