Very nice helpful staff, nice sunbathing chairs, very big pool really nice just a little dirty in pool, nice bed and balcony, spacious rooms, food was good, some doors were a struggle to open but was easily fixable. Overall nice hotel 3.5/4 out of 5.

Overall not bad, but it's a bit rundown/aged. Sraff are uniformily great. Free form pool was nice as you can always find a bit of shade, and lots of chairs and unbrellas. Breakfast was good, but boring - recommend you buy as needed, and instead have breakfast (and lunch) at the excellent Zurich Bakery, that is next door!

Property could use some upgrades. Better handicap features. Hand rails in shower both sides of all stairs slip resistant tile in shower. Breakfast was good plentiful tasty. Excellent personal all around. Shoutout to housekeeper. Will stay again when coming to Pattaya.

The best quality of this resort is that it hides in a quiet area, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, and a short walk to the Baht bus. The quietness is underrated for this resort. You don't have much noise at all if any. The downside of the resort is the facility felt outdated, in urgent need of major renovation. Once done it could be an upscale resort hidden gem. At this moment it is a functional and budget driven resort serves its purpose, great for bargain hunters.

The room stayed at 715, outside onthe ground is a beer bottle been there 12 days. The extraction fan in the bath room not working. However Nin in the restaurant was excellent and helpful.
