5 stars across the board. Very attentive and friendly staff, eager to solve any issue with not only your booking but also issues non-pertinent to your lodging. Great central location, great bachelor pad, would revisit as 1st choice.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it does not serve breakfast. Apart from that it is really a lovely and very clean place. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The VIP access benefit is useless as it is a discount for a heavily overpriced spa services at the other side of the city.

Great value and location of the property. 10-15min walk to central mall and the beach. Missing some upgrades to make property even better including an automatic front door.

Good place to stay at. Definitely best bang for buck ppace to stay. Within 5 minute walk from Tree Town, 20 minute walk from Walking Street. Definitely will stay here again next time!

If you are a girl traveling solo, you might want to think twice before booking this place. It’s clean and has all the basic stuff but I didn’t like it because the entire place seemed to have been booked by men. They were pretty harmless and quiet and kept it to themselves but I just never felt at east with staying here. In the surrounding are, I hardly spotted female tourists - all men, there for one reason. Also it was my first time in Pattaya and didn’t expect the “renting Thai girls” to be so explicitly in my face. If I knew better I’d stay in a different neighborhood. The staff was friendly and the place is clean. It is just the vibe that I didn’t like.

Staff were very helpfull and we have had to stay on longer than expected due to my dad getting bitten on the golf course. They have been so accomadating in extending our rooms. Most places are in walking distance from the hotel. This hotel is going to be my recommendation when friends come to visit me!

The hotel didn’t have a restaurant service at the time lobby was clean but the AC in the lobby was not working properly the room are big and nice and clean home keeping was excellent.
