Restaurant Terrible service. i was denied service
3 night stay. Front desk staff is really friendly good service. Pool good . Clean rooms. Wifi is super slow. I put two starts becouse. I when to the restaurant monday october 23 at 348 pm. To ask for the happy hour and restaurant staff said i can't have the happy hour. And treat me with a really rude actitud. I end up humiliated by them. At the end they just leave me alone no service at all. Im from colombia. I have no idea if is and ethnic problem. I been in thailand for 3 months stay at alot of hotels. And is the first time someone treats me like this . So so rude. Happy hour is food and drinks half price is a good deal. But i end up spending my money at other restaurant. 1000 bath plus tip. Happy hour is offer from 12 pm to 4 pm. At the end i call the manager on duty. Her name is Noon she was so helpful. And receive my complain.

Nothing special, just OK.
There is nothing special about the rooms and the service.The room itself isn't that great, but I liked the balcony, and the price was reasonable when I made the booking. Also it's in downtown Patong, so quite convenient. In summary, Nothing special, but when I consider the price, it was just okay.

Great location, helpful staff.
Excellent location for getting to the beach, the shopping centre and the nightlife; despite it's closeness to the nightlife the hotel is peacefully quiet. The staff on the front desk were particularly pleasant and helpful. There is a "swimming pool" on the roof deck, but don't be fooled into thinking you could use it for an exercise lengths swim as it is tiny and is really just a sun bathing area with a large bath tub. This was the second time that I have stayed here and would definitely use the hotel again.

Hotel a bit old, but value for money, Close to everything , beach, night life. Staff friendly, helpful. Have a pool on the top roof , good place for relax.

i have to say the hotel is very cheap. they charge for you for almost anything. the bell boy dying to asdk you for tips. not happy at all. i have to leave to book for another hotel. there is no wifi in our own room. super terrible.

Not a family hotel.
Seems old and worn hotel. We experienced several coch roaches in our room. Free Wifi reception only best in restaurant, where you feel obliged to buy something. Sometimes free wifi were closed for some reason. Hotel staff nice and friendly. Thai boxing commercial cars driving around constantly with speakers saying "Tonight is special night" every night. Many people we spoke to was VERY annoyed by these speaker cars. Hotels should join together to get rid of this annoyance. Otherwise location is central.

This hotel is just a few minute walk from the heart of Patong. good to stay with friends, not so romantic. loud people walking to room at night. pool is OK. room kind of dated. price is right. travel agent in reception area very good. No free Wifi, only in restaurant, and they will only give you about 30mins until you buy more. Either way, I would stay here again.

This hotel is located in the good location.It takes 5 minutes walk to the beach,bars, shopping center,and so on. We are aware of the sound of something from the bar.

Great hotel location but shabby !!
The hotel is in a fantastic place in Patong Beach for everything you would want to do like sight seeing, shopping and entertainment for all !! There is a pool on the roof but if you want the great beach and sea to swim it is not to far away !! I stayed on the third floor and the room was just OK, but with only a view of a carpark from the small balcony, and the room is in need of updating as parts are falling apart and very old !! I would stay there again but I think the price for what you get in the room was a bit to much !!

Actually almost nothing would be wrong, if there are not a few things that have excited me very much. The taxi at the hotel was not at the airport. It was forgotten to order one. Bad WLan in the room. Impossible to work with the PC. In the lobby it was better but no air conditioning! Bath towels were available at the lobby. BUT those were entered into a book. They had to be let out every time they were brought back. The hotel was not crowded. Nevertheless, I could not wait in my air-conditioned room until my taxi came to the airport. The room had to be cleared by 1 PM. Up to 5 PM I would have had to wait in the hot lobby. There was no air-conditioned lounge. But as I said: For the price, what more could you want.

Topp hotell,super beliggenhet!
Bodde på hotellet i 6.netter-og kan virkelig anbefale dette!super frokost med mange varme retter.utendørs svømmebasseng på taket,men det var kort vei til stranden.Service fra vi kom til vi dro!

スタッフの感じが良いホテルです
スタッフの方もとても気が利いて親切にしていただきまた来たいと思わせる感じの良いホテルだと思います。ジャンクセイロンにも近く便利です。ただ壁が薄く夜廊下で騒ぐ客の声がよく聞こえます。それだけが残念。

Perfect place if you go to Patong to Party
You get what you pay for, the rooms are good for sleeping and having after party so to say^^. The hotel are located 20 yards from the party strip. There is a pool on the roof, but I never went there.

这家酒店是在朋友大力推荐下定的，超低的价格，当初看只有3.4还很担心，到了以后发现这是我们住的最高性价比的酒店，比我们后面住的holiday都好，老板娘热情地令人发指，跑前跑后（没收小费），周围交通太便利了，出门左边是酒吧街直通巴东海滩，右边是色情街，哈哈，并且巴东评价最高的No6饭店就在对面，太棒了！

Quand on arrive, la réception donne bien belle image....... Mais une fois dans les étages on à l'impression d'être en direction de sa cellule ! La propreté laisse à désirer (et nous ne sommes pas difficile), vu le prix pour Phuket c'est une honte. La piscine fait 1.20m de profondeur partout, le bar de la piscine est fermé. Très proche de Bangla c'est le seul point positif.

Smutsigt hotell med kontant stopp i toan!
Rummen ser inte alls ut som på bilden. De är små, slitna och smutsiga. Vi hade konstant problem med toaletten och handfatet. Städerskorna knackade på och ringde trots att vi hade satt upp "Do not disturb"-skylten. Inget hotell att rekommendera för de pengarna. Lika bra att ta ett guesthouse - samma standard, bortsett från poolen som var OK. För att sammanfatta det hela: allt var dåligt förutom läget och poolen.
