Reception staff, really nice.. restaurant not that good, room extremely outdated and smelly, first room Aircon didn't work, no safety deposit box, and no TV.. second much better but definitely not worth to comeback ever again....

We only stayed for 2 nights and that was enough. We weren't at the hotel much so it wasn't a big issue. One day we had no water in the room, the air conditioner leaked water and drenched our suitcase which was under it as there wasn't much space to put it anywhere else. Breakfast was near inedible but the burgers were delish. Great place just for having somewhere to sleep.

We stayed in annex building. From moment you walk in water leaking everywhere. Whole building looks like it should be abandoned. Our room, one towel for two people, no toilet paper , no soap. Human fluids on walls. Big hole in wall where air conditioning line is . Very disappointed.

Avoid if you can

This hotel is probably one of the worst I have stayed in. It in no way matches any of the photos advertised. Firstly they tried to put me in a back building which can only be described as a building site and extremely dirty. Then when I complained I could only swap to the main building by paying extra to upgrade. This room wasn’t much better with stains on the sheets and dirty towels. I strongly recommend that this hotel is avoided at all costs.

O hotel tem três prédios, no qual os quartos standard ficam nos prédios mais precários, em que estão em reforma, poeira pra todo lado, bagunça em todos os corredores, quartos sujos, cama dura, cheiro ruim. Nada de bom, que bom que fiquei apenas uma noite com a minha família, porque se tivesse pego mais de uma diária com certeza teria cancelado e teria ido atrás de outro lá. Não vale a pena se hospedar, muito desconfortável e sujo.
