Hotel Rooms with Balcony in Patna

"Very good facility."

"This is a small but nicely maintained hotel. I found the check in fast, room was clean and the toilet had an excellent shower! Bed was nice and food was good."

"Nice hotel happy to decide to stay"

"A very nice modern hotel for the price. I would stay there again."

"Centrally located, good management, warm and efficient staff round the clock."

"Was really good stay!"

"Damp. Everything damp. The walls. The bed linen. The pillows. Damp. No circulation of air in or around the building."

"Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "

"Property was average & not worth the money at all. I feel cheated by expedia. Amenities were average and staff not at all professional & unfriendly. Food quality was average . Washroom was stinking and room cleanliness was below average."

"Good Location hotel.. Good behaviour staff in hotel.. and overall value for money."

"The access to location was impossible. Had to carry luggage for almost 100 meters to get into hotel. The area was extremely in bad shape as the property was off road, next to residential properties and not well maintained infrastructure. The rooms, lobby, hallway, bathroom were very dirty, not cleaned, filled with junks in the hallway and dirty linens. Will not recommend anyone."

"Room was an average. Some members of staff were considerate"

"The rooms are quite compact and feel cramped for two guests. The property is roughly 1.6 km from Patna Railway Station, rather than the 1 km stated. On the plus side, the rooms are neat and clean."

"Terrible experience, was denied booking. Fraud. Everything was used sheets, pillow, blanket. No cleanliness. Avoid booking here else you’ll regret it."

"Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. "

"Pathetic property ever visited such a unclean unhygienic property."

"I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
