The hospitality started before we departed as we received an email a week earlier with a warm welcome and hotel instructions which are important because it is in a small town without big city facilities. "We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good. Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc. It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport.
