"Place didn’t look as advertised and room and hallways smelled weird "

"We arrived at 11:30 pm. We were not checked in till after midnight. After a long day I just wanted to get to room. I asked for extra pillows was told they don’t have any. What hotel does not have extra pillows. Whole hotel smelled of spices that were unpleasant. When we got off elevator carpets was gross with confetti and popped balloons on floor. All you could hear was highway noise. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this property by IHG."

"I am a member and was rushed out no late check out , house keeping banging on door bery unprofessional. The restaurant was horrible staff dont speak english and food not cooked. "

"The room was clean, bathroom was updated. The hotel needs a little update, due to customers running into the walls. The staff were very nice and helpful especially “John”."

"Clean and spacious room. The desk clerk asked if we'd prefer a quieter room at the back of the hotel and we accepted; it was very nice. All staff were very pleasant. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Good steak house right next door if you don't feel like driving!"

"The room was not clean dirty towels in the corner and soap and towel in the shower. The room had a bad smoking smell "

"The hotel is old and need a complete renovation. The rooms are disgusting, never take a shower here without something on your feet. "
