"The room is spacious and modern. There was some hair in the bath tub when I check in, not a big deal but I could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The towels are replaced every day and the trash are also emptied every day. There is a refrigerator and a microwave, which was good, the refrigerator did not have a freezer I plan to store my cold pack, but there is an ice dispenser. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was below average. Sausage, eggs, bagels, fruits, and pancake pancakes. "

"I gave one star because I was not able to stay at this hotel but ended up paying for the night. When I was trying to make the reservation I had a lot of problems switching to the night I needed to stay, then I logged out and did it again and I thought I had the correct date but I didn’t. To make the story short I picked the wrong date. I called the hotel and Expedia they were not able to help me to switch my reservation to the following day but ended paying again for another hotel because...

"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...
