"Comfortable and clean"

"Located nicely! It’s a really good motel for such a cheap price! Clean rooms and spacious room! Love that it has a parking space for your car as well! Check in is supposed to be till 9pm but we arrived at 10pm - but the owner/manager kindly waited for us to arrive. The kitchennete is so big and had everything! The beds are so comfy and plenty of pillows! They have a big cabinet for you to pur your stuff in and plenty of hangers! Taking off some stars because in our room there was a bad smell coming from the drainage from the bathroom! But in the other room we rented there were no smells at all! Will definitely go back and stay here again!"

"apart from the very very very noisy staircase up to the bedroom, no staff any where when we needed them, not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen, no oven dishes so we could use the oven, we stayed 4 nights and no extra cleaning was done in that time, bed was comfortable and good shower."

"The staff were great and the 3 bedroom apartment clean. However there was no cookware other than an old ricecooker and an eletric frypan. There were no pots or bowls. Other the table cutlery there were no kitchen utensils at all. There were no cereal bowls or dessert spoons. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. No ishcloth, teatowels or dishwashing liquid. No plug for the kitchen sink. This place could be great but lets itself down when it cant provide the very basics. Would not stay again."

"Disgusting and Unsafe – Do Not Stay Here! I have been traveling for 16 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I booked this motel in Wellington specifically because I needed a kitchen to cook for my 4-year-old, but the conditions were unacceptable. The Hygiene is Appalling: The couch is the filthiest, stinkiest piece of furniture I’ve ever seen. The carpet is covered in multi-colored stains. Worst of all, when I checked the beds, I found what looked like phlegm/mucus on one of the duvets and deep stains on the others. Lack of Privacy and Maintenance: The bathroom door does not close fully, leaving a gap that makes it impossible to have any privacy. The sliding door handles are broken, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, meaning odors spread throughout the entire unit. Health and Safety Hazards: The motel provides plates with gold-rimmed designs that catch fire in the microwave—an incredibly dangerous oversight. To hide the room's real smell, they use an automatic air freshener that sprays so constantly it feels toxic and hard to breathe. Poor Comfort and Service: The bed was so bad that I am currently taking ibuprofen for the resulting back pain. There is no air conditioning, so you’ll be sweating in a cramped, uncomfortable bed. "Second visit here. Love the place. Great location, friendly staff and cosy room. Great kitchen everything you could need. Both my daughter and granddaughter give it a big thumbs up 👍 And want to stay there again."
