"This is not a hotel really but a country Inn at the top of a mountain, I loved it. Alessia, the Innkeeper, is the kindest , most attentive person, she will go out of her way to satisfy the guests' needs. A quiet, bucolic spot, distant from town, there is no public transportation, a car is needed. "

"Every member of staff was so welcoming & friendly, they could not have done more for us. Room was very clean and house keeping came every day. Breakfast was very good. Great location for what we wanted. "

"My friend and I stayed at the hotel in their main building in a king deluxe room. It had a king bed, balcony, shower separate from a large tub with cool lighting around it. The room and hotel over all are clean, classy and modern. The front desk staff and housekeepers are professional, approachable and accommodating. There’s even a sweet dog named Mia that semi lives there.
The hotel is in a perfect location as it’s surrounded by excellent restaurants (I highly recommend the one just next door to it), historical monuments and shopping. 5 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus stop and a less than 10 minute walk to the open vendor market.
Parking at the hotel is the only amenity that can be a challenge as they can only park vehicles via a valet in their very tight underground area You cannot simply go and retrieve your vehicle. Anytime you want arrangements must be made in advance.
The best amenity is without a doubt their affordable and delicious breakfast buffet that also goes pretty late. It’s surprisingly low cost compared to the drink prices at their rooftop bar. Gorgeous views and vibe from up there though and a must do one night.
Can’t wait to go back!"
"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"
"Amazing property with a beautiful view. Friendly and professional staff. Such a wonderful breakfast nothing like what you have offered in the U.S..
Only complaint were the pillows. They were like flat pancakes, not at all fluffy with any support. "
"This is probably my favorite hotel in Italy. It’s close to the center with lots of shopping but on the other side of the hotel is a quiet spa like resort that overlooks the lake and mountains. The property grounds are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. There’s an adult pool, a family pool and an indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful and someone is constantly cleaning the hotel areas. If staying here, I would recommend booking the Superior room at minimum since the are located in the main part of the hotel and are newer. If on a budget, there are cheaper rooms but they are older and in a different part of the hotel, also they don’t include breakfast or free access to SPA amenities. For families with younger kids, the bungalows seemed like a perfect choice. Oh traveling to this area, this hotel is a MUST! You will not be disappointed! "
