"Hôtel cher mais extraordinaire par la vue qu'il offre sur l'Alhambra. C'est magique et envoûtant. Le personnel est très agréable. L'agencement et la décoration de la chambre parfaite. Accès privé à la chambre et grande terrasse confortable. Deux points pourraient être améliorés : - les petits déjeuners sont préparés par une cuisine en terrasse et les assiettes chargées de mets délicieux arrivent (début février) sur des assiettes très froides. C'est dommage car leurs contenus sont rapidement...

"Everything about our stay at Palacio Gran Via was beyond our expectations. We have traveled extensively and this was the best overall experience EVER in a hotel. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming answering any question or request. They made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant on the same day. The room was perfect, very roomy, comfy beds with soft sheets and turndown service with slippers and treats. The hotel itself is an old bank that was remodeled and not one thought...
