"I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local...

"This stay by far exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing and in a quiet part of town. Everything was impeccable. We had everything we needed plus some. I was a little confused (all my fault) on the location of the lockboxes and rental office, but a condo-owner was entering at the same time I was and was extremely helpful. We absolutely loved it here and were sad to leave! I have never left a hotel review in my life, but wanted to for this one. It was incredible!"
