Our stay at Hyatt Place was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was glad i had read reviews where other guests stated how small the pool was and that you had to reserve a time to use it. Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore
The staff Ms. Lanita and the evening lady were really nice but I did not like the fact that everytime you needed to use the elevator you had to wait in staff to let you up.
