"The only thing did not like is they provide one toilet paper roll and not extra where you have to tell them we need more soap more shampoo more towels. And also the don’t provide more options on breakfast just coffe and a granola bar and sometimes don’t even have granola."

"The tile bathroom and LVP floors in the room were so dirty. The towels got wet from the shower and it picked up all this dirt as the towell scooted around the floor. It’s nasty. They need to mop the floors. The backside of the building has cobwebs and all kinds of other crap on it. Doesn’t look like they power washed the building in years. "

"I was there taking my son to Tusculum University just stayed for two days. It was somewhere to sleep. It wasn’t bad the front desk receptionist. She was very sweet and helpful. Told me about some restaurants in the local area."

There was a slight delay because we reserved online and it hasn’t shown up in the system yet, but she was really personable and fun to talk to while she fixed the issue. It was a long drive, it was late and we were tired but she made the whole experience a lot better. Thank you Jenny, you are appreciated. "
