We received a room upgrade which we were grateful for but the room was very tired, particularly the bathroom area which had a handful of areas of damage. The room was also dirty, which we pointed out with photos to staff and they kind of asked us why we had looked for dirt (which we found when we moved a unit to plug a charger in) and there were multiple hairs in the room. "What an amazing spot! Only a few minutes drive from downtown Atenas, but you feel like you're miles and miles away, up in the hills in a secluded spot with an amazing view. The hosts at the hotel were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they had loads of great dining recommendations to offer. We'll definitely stay here if we find ourselves back in the area. "
