"I arrived and was 1st greeted by Concierge Sebastian who checked me in and made me feel so welcome with such excellent customer service and ability to handle guests like no other I've seen. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of his systems, programs and ammenties with ability to complete tasks so efficiently that left me amazed. He is a great leader and deserves a raise like the others as well. Bradley also made sure I felt at home and made Costa Rica that much more beautiful. Followed by Andre and Mileidy. One night Andre stayed late with me trying to help find locations around the hotel that were open. I really appreciated that as well. Overall I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana for all these reasons. Thank you to the Staff top to bottom who were all stars and their professionalism is unmatched in this hotel industry as I am frequent traveller. "Conveniently located minutes from the beach, shopping and dining. The rooms have mini pool jacuzzi that rocks. "

"The staff were very nice however the room was not. There were bugs in the bathroom and we found two geckos in our room during our stay. The cleaners did not give us new towels when they cleaned. The pools, food, and drinks were all good. The beach was nice but not many chairs to sit on. "
