"The first thing I’m pointing at is the staff. I can’t say enough about how cordial they were. Everyone made sure we were comfortable, especially Erika, that went beyond to make us feel great. This hotel is located inside a the Obelisco Mall, below the parking lot. Although there is a variety of dinning at food court area of the mall, they close pretty early, around 7 pm, and the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant option itself. The hotel is very clean, and always kept as it. Because it is a new hotel, they are still learning and some basic items were not available during our stay (do not disturb sign, blow dryer, fridge, luggage holder, iron, etc.). I would advise on investing in more insulation to avoid noise from vicinity areas and parking lot above. I’m a very, very light sleeper. So any noise or light entering the room will interrupt me. That’s why I think these (light and noise reduction) are very important to me for my own comfort. The inner rooms are better if want avoid some of it. La Antojeria and Clasico Parrilla downstairs, are excellent options for food. The location of the hotel is very convenient for walking distance to the Sports Complex/Aquatic Center, which was my reason to travel to Medellin.i wish the hotel success in their opening and continue to make guests feel like home. "
