"trais propre trais satisfaite"

"Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good."

"Restaurangen var stängd vilket inte framgick när man bokade rummet. Det var bla pga restaurangen som vi valde hotellet."

"Super Frühstück, danke an das freundliche Team im Frühstücksraum."

"Cet hotel est tres calme ,le personnel affable et les petits dejeuners copieux et varies !"

"Very comfortable, very clean, EXCELLLENT staff who assist with anything. luxurious surroundings and a very quiet place for a good sleep!"

"Loved staying here, was perfect for visiting our son working at CERN. Staff were amazing, rooms clean, beds really comfortable, great vibe and nice food. Aircon was great. Location is on a Tech Park but you wouldn't know. Easy walk to Saint-Genis-Pouliy with nice restaurants, cafes and some shops. Easy access to road network although not great for accessing buses and trams without a 20ish minute walk."

To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

"Great place"

"I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

"Un endroit calme et agréable où l'on souhaite revenir ✨🧡💚"
