I’m not used to riding trams, but the staff here at the hotel gave me complete directions and a map! I just successfully got to my destination and returned to the hotel! "A nice and safe bed and breakfast type hotel in the middle of the Paquis district in Geneva with easy access to public transportation, particularly the train/tram stations within a short walk. Breakfast is good. The bathroom though is small and the shower stall barely fits a person. Make sure you bring travel adapters if you are coming in from the US for EU/Swiss receptacles."

"The hotel was a good location, staff friendly and parking convenient. However- the rooms were stuck on 27• C and incredibly stuffy. We were told that fans were not working. I would also say that the shower/bath combos were difficult to use and the half door meant everything got wet. No water pressure at all and hard to shower in. "

"This is a very nice hotel and was a great choice for our family trip. We had two rooms and asked for early check-in, and they kindly gave us our rooms at 12 PM, which we really appreciated. We arrived earlier at 7:00 AM to drop off our luggage after a long trip, but unfortunately not even a glass of water or a coffee was offered, which would have been a very nice gesture after long travels. "Good value for money near the airport. The heating/air conditioning could do with improvements as the room was too hot in March, but easy enough to open a window. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle was a bonus. "
