Although we found some issues with the cleanliness of the beddings and the overall odour of the room, the staff and attendants of the hotel apartelle were very helpful and responsive in resolving the issues. The property was close to many restaurants and attractions in Parmain.

Note that there is no elevator, which is common in Europe. However, the stairs are old and narrow, in wood and not even which is dangerous when going up and down with heavy luggages. Also, A/C is leaking on the carpet, and don't be fool by the pictures. The unit is very small. Between the wall and sofa, you have to squeeze in to walk by. Also, not very safe as the indoor door of the unit was not closing at all and not lock. The outside door close and lock but I would have felt more safe if the inside door could have at least close. Shower has no door. So when you take your shower, the little curtain doesn't prevent water to leak on the floor as it's a flat floor shower...

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et nous sommes ravis de notre expérience. L'établissement fraichement rénové offre un cadre agréable ou chaque détail a été pensé avec soin et cela se ressent dans le confort de la chambre. Mention spéciale à la salle de bain, dont la décoration jungle est absolument sublime une adresse que nous recommandons.
