"This is a pleasant guest house in a good location, 5 minutes' walk to both the Northern Line Underground and stops for No 1 Buses, which can take you straight to the centre of Camden and London. Also nearby, there are several local shops for anything you might need. The lady running this is very nice. However, the Guest house is rather basic, with poorly decorated rooms and basic fallacies. "The room was in the basement of the property and had a shared bathroom. I was not expecting either. From the pictures on the listing I thought I was going to get a room with a bathroom on a regular floor. My reservation was non refundable so I could not cancel it after I paid for it. The house is very clean and the owner was responsive when I expressed my surprise. However, I stayed 9 nights and the situation was not to my liking in that room. The room was very very small."

"If you have a car be aware this Best Western is near the City of London and is quite a congested area parking is often hard to find. as for the hotel I love the pre wwII building,decorstions and overall feeling , a step bck into a different time is what they are selling here. No A/C you are given (in your room) two small fans that usually do the job and in the spring becautious when opening windows as most or all have no screens to keep bees and wasps outside,a possible allegatic situation to...

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...
