"Overall our stay was pretty good. The pool area was better than I was expecting. The hot tub, sauna and pool were clean, lots of lounge chairs. There were sofas under a canopy with a fire table which was great in the evenings when it was a bit more chilly. The location of the hotel is just across the street from the entrance to the village stroll which we liked because it was nice and quiet. The room was okay, there was no alarm clock which is a first for us. Not that I use the alarm but it is...

"It’s a beautiful hotel. They had a dance convention while we were there, so for some reason both the service and food were not as expected. Last year we stayed at the four seasons all in all for the money a better experience."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season."

"Great location, friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, I liked having the small kitchenette and dining room. If you get a room at the side of the building not facing the village walk, it will be very quiet. All in all I liked the property and would stay again."
