"We’ve stayed many times before when visiting family and it has been fantastic. We did not know they were deep into renovation this time. First, we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, and discovered when we checked in that they were both closed. The next morning, we were awakened by power tools- the area next to the elevators were being renovated, and our rooms were right next to them.
