"We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was wonderful. We would stay here again."

"After 15 hours on the road, we just wanted to get some sleep. As soon as we turned the sheets down, we saw there was cigarette burn holes in both the fitted and the top sheet, which made us wonder if they had even been changed since the holes were lined up perfectly. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. We ended up having to go down to the front desk and waited several minutes for the receptionist to even come out. We told him our issues and he told us the sheets were definitely clean and he would not change our room but instead offered us new sheets, which we also told us we had to put on ourselves because there was “no one else there to do it”. Definitely do not recommend."

"This hotel was in a perfect location and a great place to stay. When we were there, the lobby and some rooms were still under construction from the ice storm in January. The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. "

"One of the rooms we were in didnt have a working shower but the other room did there was roaches and missing drawers the pool was also closed and unclean staff was great though i give them that maybe just get a bug control and clean up the rooms more and replace things"

"The room wasn't ready. They switched us to another room. That room was barely finished. The floors were soaked and stunk with extremely strong smell of Fabuloso. We had to wait with the door open for the smell to go away and floor yo dry. Our daughter had a room next to us that stunk like a dirty sponge. She had to move. The window sill had thick dust and bugs dried up. We weren't happy. The manager was nice to us and friendly. "
