Online this hotel looked like everything I wanted in a hotel and although the price was a little more pricey than we're used too, we decided to treat ourselves for this special occasion. It was worth every cent!!! The hotel was a little gem - the staff were all friendly and always helpful. The hotel's public spaces were all very clean and quiet. "Shangri la is a little piece of heaven, by far the greatest staff I have ever come across, the place is spectacular, the amenities are perfect and 5 star, and the staff, every person from the time you arrive to the time you leave are better than a 5 star they would be the first 10 star rating!! in all my travels they have the finest and best staff in the world!!! The food is amazing as well, the place is so great you don’t want to leave the premises!!"
