I am very sorry to read that there were hairs on your bed when you arrive as we are very careful with the cleaning , we will double check the procedures with the housekeeping to make sure it doesn't happen again. It would be very instructing for us if you can tell us what products your would have liked to find on the buffet ? We carefully selected each product for their quality and propose a selection of cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon, pastries, breads, crêpes, cereals, eggs, seeds, fruits and dried fruits and seeds but in order to improve our service, we would be very happy to have your suggestions.
