Don’t recommend it. Unsafe location
- the hotel location isn’t nice especially at nights it looks unsafe with strange people around. I don’t know why the hotel don’t manage the situation - not all staff are customer friendly, specially people at the bar, actually very rude - Difficult to find a botttle of water, reception didn’t have and rather than offer a proper solution, recommended me to drink tap water from the bathroom - Hotel don’t offer many options to eat

Great room- large and comfortable with refrigerator, kettle, seating area, large bathroom. Only criticism- the bed could have been larger given the room was large enough to house it. Breakfast adequate. Lobby spaceous

The property itself is okay and its staff are great. I just don’t like the fact people hang in front of the hotel to smoke and sell cigarettes. Inside is nice and clean. The staff is mostly pleasant and helpful. The hotel is fine for family but the outside smoking and cigarettes selling ticked me off a bit. If you’re not bothered by the smoking in front of the hotel, I would recommend it They are plenty of places to eat, Though some areas of the city are not cleaned.

Not the best experience at this hotel. It felt unsafe from the very moment me and my family were entering the hotel. The door nearly shattered was the first impression upon entering the hotel. The Hotel itself does not belong in that area. There were often times drunk people singing at night while I was trying to fall asleep. The staff was doing their best to “be polite” but, they were just truly rude and inconsiderate. I kept asking for the staff to book a taxi and to ask if it is confirmed for my flight. And it almost seemed as if they were doing nothing all day, staring at a screen. All of the staff at the front desk just standing around. The rooms are another story, there is no sufficient air condition whatsoever. You will be waking up in a pool of sweat, 4 days of no sleep because the air condition never worked. Also, there seems to be a noise every 20 minutes in the room with the circuitboard, where you insert your key card. It was a loud noise that had awoken everyone each time. The food is okay, it looks microwaved in the “gourmet” bar. But, I can only say, the breakfast was the only good part of staying at this hotel. The rest of it, terrible.

The hotel rooms are OK, but you could tell, that the carpet hasn’t been washed in a while. The restroom sink was clogged and nobody came to fix it when we requested it. We asked for an ironing board and iron because they dont have any in the rooms, so they don’t have employees to take it, and we had to go and pick it up at the reception, and returned it when we were done using it. They didn’t clean our room on our first day there, even though we let the staff know that they could do it. It’s not what we expected.

Highly recommended. My daughter forgot jewelry in the lobby and the desk staff kindly retrieved it and returned it to us. Very honest staff. Extremely happy with my stay.

This hotel was far from the glamorous Parisian hotels that one would hope to stay in. You get what you pay for but it doesn’t justify the horrible breakfast and the rooms that smelt of damp.

Large Migrant camp within 100m
There is a large migrant camp located within 100m from the hotel and can be seen from the hotel rooms. Very unfortunate. Safety/secuirty questionable.

Walking distance to Stade de France and Cathedral with plenty of places in area to eat or buy snack. Metro right outside so easy access to city. A very busy area for traffic but surprisingly quiet in room as long as windows remained closed (we were on 2nd floor). Very busy outside hotel entrance with commuters but also a few suspect folk hanging around continuously which was the only real down side for me.

It’s a little scary at the entry of the hotel. But the location is good because the metro station was just next to the hotel. The staff was super nice.

Hot room, area scared me out
Room: We booked the hotel because of the price rate as it is rated as 4 stars. Room was a decent size for family of 4. However, the air conditioning didn’t work at all! The room is like sauna. Very hot. We need to open the window to let the cool air in. However we didn’t dare to open the during we were sleeping due to the area condition which I will describe it later. I spoke to the employee and she said will tell their maintenance staff but nothing happens. Although the room was clean, the poor air ventilation is not cater for sleeping at all! Staff: Overall friendly, but speaks very little English. Breakfast: Decent Area: Next to a metro line and tram. Should be very convenient for traveling to the Paris city centre. However we were bad luck with the strike and we had to travel with Uber only. What’s more freaking about was the area. First we were wondering why there were so many people loitering outside of the hotel, literally right at the front door. They were standing there the whole day, many with a pack of cigarettes in their hands. We Google about the area then only found out this is a high rated crime area (Saint Denis) In France (check Wikipedia)! I was freaked out as we have kids with us. That’s the reason why we don’t open our window at night. With the area condition, we decided to change hotel to Paris city centre, even though there is no refund. Overall I will give 2 stars

It’s Okay For What You Pay
When I first went to check in, the receptionist had a bit of an attitude, and I overheard a rude comment she made(I won’t repeat it) which threw me off about staying at the hotel. I also tried calling for room service and nobody answered my call...twice, so I just ordered UberEats. The cleaners were very nice, and respectful. The hotel room overall was very nice, and looked exactly like the pictures. The outside is a bit...uncomfortable as there was 4 men there everyday outside, just hanging outside in front of the hotel.

The rooms were nice, lobby as well. Friendly staff. Public transportation just in front of the hotel but the neighborhood was bad. A lot of guys dealing sigarette and drugs in front of the hotel.
