The location of this hotel was good, easy to find the metro, restaurants and supermarkets. The room itself was reasonable and bed comfortable enough, size was good but decor needed a refresh. Our only issue was the replacement of facilities when our room was being made up, for example not enough tea bags or none at all, not replacing soap when finished, needing to ask for toilet roll as not replaced or very low. As my family and I was out for the day, it meant having to chase or ask for replacements. Based on how much the hotel cost for the 5 nights, I think it was just average. Hopefully these comments may help the hotel to make improvements going forward.

It was much nicer than we expected for a cheap hotel stop over night. We arrived quite late and were a bit worried about the check in , but we were greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist , and the lobby area had a bar and looked really nice. The breakfast was very worth it as well. Delicious, and lots of choices.

The hotel is located in a good area of Paris. The hotel public areas are very nice and the reception staff very helpful. Our room was of a good size and the bathroom in particular very well appointed and appeared new. What really let the hotel down for us was the lack of air conditioning in our room where only a large fan was provided. A vent which was supposed to provide cool air provided nothing at all, but we did notice the hallways, reception and lounge areas were much cooler. We complained to reception about the excessive heat in our room and were promised an investigation but nothing happened. We consider this lack of a comfortable temperature in a guest room to be unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.

The place is good. But there was mis-communication. During arrival i was told that Breakfast is included in the charges. But 1 day later i discovered it was not so and i had pay 19 Euros for breakfast. The sink was blocked on the 2nd and 3rd day. The issue was reported but no one rectified. Room service is quite poor. We had to come down to collect additional water bottles. Additional water bottles was requested at extra cost. But they probably did not understand and did not supply water the next day.

The rooms were clean and neat. We were there 4 nights and we had great cleaning every day. The reception and bar staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The wait staff in the dining room, not as much. This is a nice hotel I’m a good area close to many restaurants, shops and public transport. However, it definitely could use refurbishing.

It was really my worst experience in hotels. It was really dirty and it was not 4* service and hotel at all. They changed the doors lock when we stayed there. In 2 days in our floor we were hearing very noisy tools and people was working too noisy. They opened all doors when we were outside hotels. Just think, it was not house keeping. Workers was in our room when we were outside. We wake up with drill voice in the morning. That's funny. All plate was dirty and I am sure they are not washing the dishes. During breakfast I saw kids dropped a bread and got it and again put in the dishes and nobody react. It was owful for novotel

This is a runout facility, the carpets need replacement and some equipment upgrade and maintenance. Also, the price of breakfast is overrated for what you get. The staff is not particularly very helpful or friendly.

Property was close to our destination. It was clean and quiet. The only negative I have is that their breakfast buffet consists of few =er items that I woulod like to see, especially for the price of $18.95.

The hotel had charged me after checkout without letting the Guest know the reason for it. They didnt even share the invoice for the charges until i personally inquired about the transaction. I have prove them that it is their mistake and then they refunded the charges. For this i had made international call and spend few pounds to prove their mistake and lost few pounds too. I am disappointment by their communication. They should have cleared all the bills before the Guest checkout

There was an issue with the billing. We had two adjoining rooms, but they said they needed to charge me for two rooms. They didn’t and were great to work with. But it seems there was an issue with the integration between their availability and expedia.

Room was dated, carpet looked like it could use replacing. People were friendly.Their billing system had an issue - first didn't recognize that we had reserved the room for 2 nights (they had a record of 1 night) and then thought that we had had breakfast (which we didn't) and thought we needed to be reimbursed for charges we did pay for. They were helpful at finding a crib however I had pre-requested one and when we arrived it was the middle of the night so it would of been really nice to lay the baby down right away instead of having to chase all over for a crib.

Not really the Novotel for business I have known.
Located right next to Liberté metro. So not a bad place to connect to Paris but there is nothing much around to do. Restaurant in hotel has some interesting food choices but It has mosquitos in evening and they hound on you. Hotel staff didnt do much. Rooms do not have temperature control but only air vent temperature control as its central AC. So on a warm night the tiny vent doesn’t do good.

It should be 2 stars not 4 stars hotel
One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.we were 2 adults and 3 kids.I was charged for 2 rooms because they said there policy doesn’t allowed more than 4 persons in a room put when we arrived there we got only one room and they refused to credit me the money for the second room. I will never go or advice you to stay in this hotel.

It is located near the metro and in a safe area. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean , but there was no cooling machine functional in the room and the backboard of the bed was missing the top part plus at the bottom there were a lot of electrical wires visible and perhaps even dangerous when touched.

Hotel rooms have good size, breakfast is ok (18 euro), room service is good. Friendly staff. The only thing is that rooms do not have AC!! They have some kind of cooling but is not enough. Paris was very hot (40 to 42 Celsius) when we were there so I asked for a fan and it was helpful.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond and was definitely the highlight of the property. The location is great (right above a supermarket and walking distance to the subway). Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you would need. Hotel was kid friendly. The restaurant was good and decently priced. We would definitively stay there again!

Check in time starts 12 noon and reached there at around 1 pm but room was not ready. Me and my family were made to wait for 45 mins. When room was ready no one came over and told us. When I asked after 45 mins then they said it is ready. Ridiculous. A/c was not working in my room. When I complained, they just provided a fan. Pros: Right next to metro station. Buffet breakfast was great. Room was ok.

The location was okay. Hotel has central AC so you’re not allowed to adjust. The room was so hot and after repeated request for a fan - they finally gave me a broken one - I was told it was the only one they had. The room was small, paints were peeling, and part of the washroom and shower were rusty. We asked for a bucket of ice and was given a small glass of ice. I paid good money to stay at this brand franchise but didn’t realize not all locations have equal quality.
