The staff overall was very pleasant and willing to help, hoewever, i was surprised to see that there are no cart for the luggage, no staff to help with lugage (my colleagues and I had 3 pieces of luggage each), and there is only 1 elevator for guests and staff (cleaning crew with carts) so make sure to plan ahead and don't be in a rush because you will wait for that elevator 😅😅 The breakfast was really good and the staff was so nice and always ready to bring out freshly baked bread and pastries, it was really nice! The bathroom looked clean at first but a bit moldy, but the room was overall clean. I would not mind returning for another stay, however, this time, i will make sure not to have too much lugage ;-_)

The staff was great and very helpful: however, the sheets were dirty and it seemed as though each time they changed them we would find stains or blood stains. The shower also had pink mold.

We were a family of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms for 4 nights. From the start, one of the rooms had a non-functioning AC, which did not manage to be repaired during our stay. A fan was provided, however this was not what we had paid the exorbitant price for! Although a replacement room was offered, this was so small that there was barely room to get down from bed! A portable AC offered was so noisy that it had to be switched off at night! Breakfast was of good quality but very little.Food consumed and glasses/plates used were not replenished easily. There was a day when no bread, cheeses, croissants, glasses or cups were available. It is definately not worth its price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Location is not too central.I don't think I'd return to this hotel, especially with its high price tag and lack of AC in one of our rooms

Staff was really pleasant, but I got 2 bottle of wine one of the staff was trying to overcharged me, the cost for a bottle of vin Rosé "Coteaux du var Escarelle" was 28 Euro they charged me 39 and upon checking out they add a charge of 55 Euro, Overall the stay was Ok. but do check your credit card for overcharging

My daughter and I got to the hotel around 1 pm and the check in was at 3 pm. The two first people that received us were Karim and Mani. They received us with a big smile. That made us feel welcomed and all the staff always had a smile for us. Since we got there earlier and they saw us too tired, they went ahead ahead and hurried up to prepare our room, so we could go and rest. That was VERY nice. All the experience at the hotel was great 😊 I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is great! They have variety and the staff always comes to check that everything in the breakfast is they way it supposed to be. Fresh and hot food is always available. The rooms were clean. Mani transported us to places like Versailles and airport. He is a VERY trustable person. Always transmitted respect and kindness to my daughter and I. We felt safe when we were with him. I highly recommend Mani to take you anywhere you need. Blessings to the Staff of the Mercure Hotel. Thank you all!!!

Excellent service , the room very clean and spacious. We stayed in one of the suits that had a terrace with view to the Eiffel Tower. The staff very kind and available to answer any questions about locations and transportation.

The rooms were too warm to sleep comfortably. The manager said that the AC had been shut off because it had been chilly the previous week and did provide fans which did not solve the problem. We stayed at 4 other hotels in France and all had working AC systems. One morning, the fire alarm went off during breakfast. My daughter uses a wheelchair and was in a 4th floor room. When she asked for information, the housekeeping staff ignored her. People with disabilities and many elderly people would not be able to use the stairs. There is no posted information on what to do in such a situation.

The hotel was overall ok, the breakfast was good but very simple (not too many choices). There was a coffee machine downstairs but no coffee available after 11 (breakfast time). I felt that the rooms could have been a little more clean but overall they were ok and the beds comfortable. I had requested a room with AC but had to change rooms as I felt the AC was not working properly. The one thing I was not pleased about, when I asked to book a taxi for the next day for the airport, the person at the front desk offered the hotel services for free which nobody at the hotel seemed to have been aware of the next day when it was time to leave. I ended up calling up for a van at the last minute and had no choice to pay the heavy price of not being organized in advance to avoid missing my flight. I felt the people there at the time of my departure did not even try to find out who had promised a ride to the airport and barely tried to help!

The nice property. Not 4 stars facilities (no gym, no formal reception), but people working there were very nice, friendly and did their best. The best perk is having a Nespresso machine in the room and complimentary water and juice on arrival - thank you! Location was great for us.

So so pleased with our stay here! The staff were extremely kind, the rooms were very clean and had a lot of space (we had a room for 3 people), and the location was exactly what we were looking for (a calmer area, less touristy but still within walking distance or a quick, cheap uber ride to attractions). Would absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend this place enough.
