I never give bad reviews, but in this case, I just want to spare someone from making this mistake. This place is a dive. Reminded us of an old brothel or something. The front counter folks were not overly welcoming or friendly, for starters. Also, our bathroom had several big strands of hair on the floor, and did not seem very clean. The carpets are old and stained. The bathrooms are tiny and do not have room to store many things. The room was small, which would be ok if it was also cozy, but it wasn’t. The lighting was bad, the view was non-existent, and the floors were so strange. We stayed on the second floor. There was a working elevator, but once you get up there, you have to go up and down several platforms and steps as you move through the halls. It’s so inconvenient and weird. The lights would automatically cut on from hall to hall as you walk through, but were a tacky red color. The bed was not comfortable, the upstairs neighbors were loud and stomped around a lot, and I swear I kept hearing something in the walls…. I don’t even want to speculate about what it was. The climate control in our room was good, there was a working safe, and a poorly working refrigerator. The hair dryer worked nicely, even though the plug in outlet was situated oddly behind a mirror. I feel like they should rate this as a two star hotel, as it is in poor condition. One positive thing was that the location is near a train station, and that was helpful.

Family of four not very well treated on arrival. No smiles, no conversation, businessman with suite seemed lost looking for reservation. Dealt with several reps on a two day stay and the same unfriendlyness persisted.

We booked two interconnecting rooms advertised as a family room, both had double beds that you could not get round as the rooms were tiny. The decor was tired and the carpet not very clean. There was a heatwave when we visited but somehow the air con turned itself off in the middle of the night and we had to open a window. The whole hotel was very poky and dark. Photos on the website seemed to be of a completely different building! Really disappointed.

Rooms were small; service was average; things were often broken. Overall serviceable and you can survive. Location was excellent - to Metro, to bread shops, to supermarkets, and a very safe location (Neuilly-sur-Siene is one of the best areas of Paris).

Like most hotels in big European city’s, very expensive for small rooms, we stayed in 307, there a leaking radiator in the bathroom, which by the way is tatty, open bathroom window and the flower box is full of cigarette ends, and you could actually hear someone snoring in the next room through the night, nowhere near value for money, glad we only had 2 nights here.

Rooms very small you really cant move. Good location for metro if we travelled to paris again we would stay more the arc de triomphe area. Served our needs but not quite a 4 star hotel. Receptionists could have been a bit more pleasant & helpfull. Breakfast was a bit busy but that was probably due to the near by concert that was taking place. Continental breakfast was good quality plenty of variety but no diary free alternatives & when i requested it i was told to go the supermarket?

The elevator was not working all 5 days we were there. Staying on floor 3 with a kid was not fun. Air conditioning in the room was horrible. Personel was not polite and helpful at all.

The room was so tiny you only have 1 sqm to move. Its like a mini children room. No new soap and bathe gel the next day. Poor breakfast and really uncomfortable room. I WAS DECEIVED that it was a 4 star hotel and images are deceptive.

We stayed at this hotel together with my two sisters and brother in law and in general we found the hotel somewhat less than the 4 star level it was supposed to be. This was largely due to the size of the rooms. Whilst the beds were very confortable and the cleaning good, the rooms were quite small and there was little room for placing our clothes. The buffet breakfast was adequate but the room where it was served was a little tight on space.

The hotel location is ideal and very central to main attractions. In terms of the room, it was on the smaller side but on a plus note it had everything you need. One thing id suggest is to take some ear plugs as with most City hotels it can be a little noisy

Nice area close to Trianon station.
Nice room by very small. Everything was fine except the AC did not work and they weren’t going to fix it anytime soon because it was “cold” in Paris, to me it wasn’t. Also another negative was that it was very noisy outside making it hard to get a full nights rest.

good location, close to the metro and easy to get around. Aircon only works for 30 min at a time, which was very frustrating!!
