Standalone small building but convenient location
It’s very conveniently located. Room sizes are small which is not a surprise given its Ibis property. However this is small stand alone building with very small reception or any common facilities

Great hotel for the price! Conveniently located to a couple metro stations and the area has a lot of cute restaurants and bars. And the bed was sooo comfortable. Would stay again!

Close to Gare d’Est and still within short walking distance from Gare du Nord. Room kept clean but looked a little tired and sofa bed already prepared. Not having fridge or kettle wasn’t a major issue as I left early for very early TGV trip, but given the price it would be good to have at least a kettle with coffee tea etc. Otherwise clean bathroom and no problem checking in and out with a friendly staff.

Room was clean and very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Eurostar - a 10min walk from the station. Half hour walk to the Seine with plenty to see on route!

It was a good experience and the second one. Ricardo was most helpful in providing a tool that we needed. The staff was pleasant and knew their jobs. Room was small and costly but this is Paris!

We’ve stayed at Ibis properties before and thought this would be of the same standard. Not at all. I had to go back and look at reviews which helped make the decision to stay. I will read much closer next time and review the pictures much more scrupulously. Pros: Around the corner from L’Est train station and an 8 min walk from Nord; Lots of food variety in area; English speaking staff Cons: Elevator fits 1 person and their luggage; Facility has only 1 iron for entire property; Room was the size of an American closet; if there were any other amenities outside of breakfast, we were not made aware. It served the purpose of having somewhere to sleep since we country hopped during the day.

en general la amabilidad del personal muy bueno. super simpaticos y te ayudan en todo momento. Manel con la cual coincidimos varios dias en recepcion, nos ayudo bastante con un cambio en la habitacion, y con preguntas en general. el hotel esta bien situado a pocos pasos de la estacion del Este. Desayuno correcto con lo esencial pero rico. volveria a repetir sin duda!

A really depressing hotel. The room was shabby with scuffs on the walls and a very depressing feel about it. There was one plug socket for the whole room and the phone was dumped on the floor. Really miserable for the price.

Excellent location for our needs - close to two major train stations (Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord) so getting around was very easy. Tons of food options within 5 minute walk (fast food and cafes). Room was small but served our purpose of a place to sleep and a bathroom - housekeeping made our beds every day and kept the room clean. Only downside to property is the TINY elevator. It is literally the size of an old school phone booth and is temperamental. We were on the second floor, so we used the stairs for everything. Overall excellent hotel and would definitely stay again.

The front deadk staff could not have been nicer abd more accommodating. They were excellent our toom was vkean and modern and tiny. Bed was comfortable. Shower was also tiny so if you are a large person, I di not recommend hotel. Breakfast was average.
