Great location...there was guys practically in my room at balcony all day renovation..i asked manager to change rooms and he says you wont like the smaller rooms whatever Their was no creamer in my room fpr coffee..the front desk lady was rude and wanted to charge me for a herbal tea bag in their breakfast room pathetic

1. The room was very small not what we expected not enough space for two people and two pieces of luggage. 2. The bathroom was extra small with no shelving for you to put your toiletries on. 3. First day at the hotel was a Sunday, we had no air-conditioning and the room was quite hot. We had to wait till Monday for it to be fixed and turned on. 4. We were out for a full day of tours and came back in the afternoon to find that our room door was not locked and left open by the cleaning staff. Luckily nothing in our room was missing. Overall, I would say that this room would work for only one person as it is quite small. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite and was always happy to give directions for tours and transportation.

Absolutely loved staying here! Felt safe as a female solo traveler there’s a gate that you go through to enter the hotel that locks and only you have the passcode. The staff are incredibly kind as well! Only thing the rooms are little with no AC
