Very lovely staff, they were always helpful. Transport is was easy even though it's not very central but overall it was really great. Spa and gym it's so useful when you're on holiday, and everything in the room was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and went out of their way to help. The hotel is clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast is of a good standard, both hot and cold options available. Within walking distance to two metro stations and we found it very easy to connect into Paris Central and Stade de France. Would definitely stay again

Overall 3-4 Nights Stay - Solo
Really nice place to pass a couples days plus commute to center of the city is no problem; around 10 min walk to a HUB ground Subway system that can take you as well if needed direct to the CDG Airport; The breakfast hours plus all the food in general really great; pool/gym are sort of combine areas and free reservation needed in advanced; overall super great no issues I'll stay no issues in a future opportunity with confidence. Thank you.

Friendly, clean, comfy with 10 min walk to metro
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, ideal for us as we did not spend too much time at the hotel as too busy exploring Paris. The nearest metro was Saint-Ouen which was about 10 minute walk, and this station is just within the Paris sector of the metro. If you come any further out you need another ticket to cover the outer zones of the underground. I would not stay it is located in the most desirable part of Paris, but ideal base. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, we were able to drop our luggage with them until we could check in later in the day. Breakfast was served until 10am, plus check out is noon. The room was clean and comfortable, always had hot water, not the biggest of rooms, but ideal for a base. Our only gripe is that we could not get the TV working, as like to have this on in the background sometimes to catch up on GB news.

Ideal location- about 20 mins from the city centre on the metro. Certainly met our requirements. Very clean. Nice comfortable king size bed. Cotton duvet and nice gentle air con. Added bonus having the spa and pool area for us to use when we returned having got soaked through as it had rained heavily. We had it to ourselves. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. Pastries were plentiful. The hotel is located on a very busy street but fortunately our room was on the rear of the building. The view was pretty uninspiring but it was very peaceful and it allowed us 4 great nights sleep. All in all for a city location this hotel more than met our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but had everything we needed, it was cleanedevery day. Breakfast was nice, selection of cold meats pastries, eggs, bacon. Walking distance to different metros for access to the whole city. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely loved this hotel. I found the hotel very well maintained and the rooms l very clean same with the pool and spa area. Best part is the staff….. not only were they very welcoming but more then willing to assist you when you need help (like booking train tickets) Can’t wait to go back!

Very disappointing the room we officially booked was cancelled on us and then to be give a room that was like the servant’s quarter near bottle bins getting woke up by bottles being out in the bin! Two lots of different people walked in while dressing so embarrassing then people who was putting bottles in the bin popped there head through the window just an invasion of privacy

The hotel room was very small, but comfortable enough for two people. The location was very close to the subway station which it was very convenience. Very friendly and helpful personal. The only two negative things that we experienced were if for any reason you need to short your stay, make sure you take care of that before arrival, otherwise they will not reimburst your money for the night you are not staying. The second was the a/c. Even though, the room had ac, technically it didn't work and the room was hot. Overall, nice place to stay, but don't take this room in the summer time.

Very Nice Hotel, friendly staff. check out is a noon which is a definite plus! Only thing that was a little weird was you had to reserve time for the pool. I didn't understand why, but once I got there its a smaller pool and hot tub/spa workout equipment, so they keep a max of 10 people down there...which make sense. and two times I went I just asked to go to the pool and got right in. nice hotel the several food places so overall area place I'd stay again. uber or taxi to the louve was around 20 euros.....just an idea of how far stuff is.....but very nice stay no problems

One of the main reasons I chose this property in particular was because there was a pool and jacuzzi, we were not able to use it our whole stay which was a week due to maintenance very disappointed in that aspect!

All staff we helpful and friendly, especially with assistance getting around Paris and using the metro. The hotel facilities were clean and up to date, with a nice bar and social area. Small rooms and needs repair
Air condition was not working the entire time and no other rooms to change to. No repair person ever sent to fix the issue just provided a small fan to circulate the hot air. Rooms are smaller than they appear in photos.

Some of the staff were friendly, and helpful others acted like we were more of an inconvenience. Bar staff were also the staff on the reception desk. We were supposed a have a deluxe room, it was very cramped and the bed was too short for my husband that is 6gt 2 inches. The breakfast wasn’t very nice? The bacon was raw every morning
