Ok for what it is. Not all rooms have a shower.
Hotel was a no frills kind of stay. Price was good for Paris. The rooms have character. However, our room had no proper shower. Only a tub which had jets. After the first night we discovered some rooms have showers. We didn't ask to move rooms since we thought we would try the jacuzzi. However when we tried it didn't work. Front desk was no help. Said they would have manager follow up. No one did. If I were to come back to Paris I would not stay at this hotel a second time.

Excellent location in the centre of Paris
Excellent location in the centre of Paris. Several metro stations are only a short walk away (including the Opera station). The area is busy. I only stayed for 1 night, but the room was comfortable, it had all the facilities you would expect, although I was slightly taken aback by the old fashioned hair dryer! I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel London Paris (Opera) was an excellent choice for our Paris trip. Close to all the sites and activities we planned for our trip, either by walking or by Metro. The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Excellent daily upkeep of rooms and breakfast was wonderful.

Week in Paris
Hotel lobby is on the second floor and there is no elevator from the ground to the lobby. Long stairs when you’re carrying a suitcase and are tired from ur trip. Everything else was good. People were very friendly and the service was good.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay! The staff was very kind and we were grateful for a room upgrade. I loved our room overlooking the courtyard and having the windows open. The room was more spacious than I thought it would be. I’d definitely come back. Thank you!

Nice stay.
The trip was in two parts. The first 3 days our room was near the street and noisy. The AC was poor. The lady 3 days was so great because we were not by the street and the Ac was great. The staff were ALL GREAT.

Lovely, quaint hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was superb, hotel was clean, good size room with bath, excellent breakfast buffet and convenient location. Public transportation, Cafes and shops just steps away.

The long set of stairs was annoying getting to reception but it is warned in the accommodations of the hotel. Otherwise everyone and everything was quite pleasant and convenient for walking and shopping

Convenient location. Short walk to all attractions. Short walk to the gare st Lazare train station We had 2 communicating rooms. Clean and roomy, nice bathroom Very friendly staff We left our luggage there before check in and after check out, so we could enjoy our 2 full days in Paris.

We stayed for nights with breakfast. It was well worth it and the staff were really friendly and looked after us. Even lent us an umbrella to go out with. Only issue was the room only having 1 plug socket.

It would be nice to know in advance there is no elevator to get to the front desk. We have to take stairs to get to the front desk with heavy luggages.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fire alarm that went off twice during our stay. The room was dated and not much space. Lots of steps to reception.Overall an ok stay.

This hotel is super cozy, the staff and check in process was amazing, very friendly staff. Just be aware there are no elevator to get into check in desk. I traveled with bag back, but take it into consideration as there are quite few stairs. Other than that it is highly recommended.

We had two rooms and both were incredibly worn out and run down. Shower drain didn’t work, light in bathroom burnt out, peeling paint, etc. location was good with a ton of dining options outside the hotel. Probably decent enough for price point, but will try somewhere else next time.

I had a decent stay at London Hotel Paris. The location is good and very walkable, the staff were kind, and my room was clean. I had a nice view of a busy street and the pillows were surprisingly very comfortable! There is a long flight of stairs before reaching the front desk, which I had no issues with but it may pose a challenge for others with disabilities. A couple of things I need to note is that the pressure of my shower was very weak and there was no shower curtain or door around the tub in my bathroom, so the water gets all over the floor after a shower - both issues resulted in an unpleasant shower/bath for me. Overall, my experience was average and the room was very basic. I felt the price I paid was too high for what I got, but the location is good!

Great hotel, great location.
The hotel is in a great location. The building and room are excellent for the price we paid. The room was spacious and clean with enough space for clothes and suitcases not getting on the way. The staff were helpful and courteous and cannot fault them. Communication started the week before our arrival via email to ensure everything went smoothly. Check in was good though our room was not ready as we arrived a few minutes before our check-in time (smooth arrival at the airport was so unexpected) This did not cause any delays though as another room was quickly allocated. There are plenty excellent bars and restaurants nearby with a vibrant nightlife. Best of all only a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and Seine! So if this is on your list to do this hotel is ideally located. If I can offer a criticism I requested extras in our room prior to our arrival but they did not materialise. If our 5 minute early check-in was an issue I would have gladly waited. Also the only plug socket in the room was a bit loose so maintenance needs some attention.
