i liked the fact that was near effel tower and near restraunt and bars good transportation was clean good people nice room with lots of support overall it was nice hotel i loved my visit in paris i really enjoyed thanks

More than adequate.
The hotel is convenient to the Metro and train station. It was fine, clean, not spacious and no 'real ' window. The window opened to an inner 'tunnel".

Very friendly staff
Very welcoming and staff very friendly. It could be one of the best hotels if rooms are bigger, have air conditioning, and good Wi-Fi. But the location and staff (all of them) can make you forgotten this.

Convenient and affordable
Convenient, affordable hotel, located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of Montparnasse train station. Rooms are small and there is no AC in the summer or elevator (as often in Paris). But the staff is helpful and it's nice place for the price.

la perle hotel Paris
The room nearest the street on 4th floor was noisy in morning due to rubbish trucks. Shower had insufficient water pressure. 2nd room away from street on 4th floor was not noisy but due to small window was quite hot and no air conditioning. note that there is no lift if you have heavy luggage! The location is not far from Montparnasse train station but the hotel.com APP made us go a route less direct and at night thats becomes quite difficult when its dark. Room a little cramped but if only there for sleeping its ok.

not impressed, ridiculous amount of noise all night snd then in the morning, I was refused my door key unless I paid euros 20 for cleaning of duvet and pillows which we had allegedly ruined. Ask to see them, but myseriously they had been dumped and the rubbish had already been cleared...Avoid

We had a lovely stay ~ staff are super friendly and informative. They speak English which is really nice since our French isn't very strong. The carpeting up the stairs and on the landings is outdated and stained, but nothing about the hotel feels dirty or unfriendly. Our room for 3 was very comfortable and we found it to be spacious enough. All in all, we would totally stay here again as it is good value for money.

Close to the central station train.
The hotel for one night is okay. The staff don't speak other languages and it is so frustrated because we cannot communicate. But I chose for be so close to the train station and they have around the hotel excellent restaurants, coffee shops.

The hotel itself was clean but small. The hotel was old so no lift but staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location is near metro but not much else. Walls are paper thin though so you can hear everything... Literally.

Très bien. La chambre sur rue est silencieuse, pas de bruit. Juste un bemol: pas d'ascenseur. J'y retournerai car le rapport qualité prix est très bon. A deux pas de la gare Montparnasse ce qui évite encore un taxi.

Llegamos y el chico de recepción nos dijo que cada vez que saliésemos del hotel teníamos que dejar la llave en recepción, algo que nunca antes nos había pasado. Luego subir hasta la cuarta planta por las escaleras (no hay ascensor) y ademas el aire acondicionado no iba, teníamos un MINI ventilador que no servia de nada. Pero aparte de todo eso la segunda noche estábamos mirando un partido de futbol desde el ordenador (teniendo en cuenta que la noche anterior habíamos mirado Netflix). Y el ordenador estaba conectado, ósea cargándose. De repende salto la luz en todo el hotel (el ordenador ya llevaba mucho rato cargándose) y el cargador del ordenador exploto, se derretía el cable y me queme los dedos al tocarlo sin querer ya que no había luz en la habitación. Cuando bajamos a recepción a por una solución el chico lo único que hizo fue dirigirse a nosotros de manera muy maleducada diciendo que eso era culpa de nuestro cargador y no de su hotel (normalmente si eso pasa es culpa de la instalación eléctrica, poca potencia contratada). Total que nos dijo que no se iba a hacer cargo de nada y que el cargador que se rompió era cosa nuestra, pero por si fuese poco al cabo de poco el ordenador dejo de funcionar. Entonces mi pregunta y queja es sobre ese ordenador que al final es una herramienta de trabajo y que ha costado dinero quien se hace responsable de pagárnoslo, porque el hotel nos dejo claro que ellos no. Super desaconsejado, malos tratos por parte del personal.

Une nuit en famille
J'ai recherché cet hôtel pour son emplacement et son prix. Personnels très agréable et à l'écoute rien à dire sur l'accueil. Niveau confort plutôt correct dommage qu'il y ai se jour sous la porte qui laisse passer tout les bruits et attention à la douche qu'il est capricieuse sur les réglages. Excepté cela je recommande cet hôtel.
