My favorite hotel in Paris now!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It’s small but quite stylish and the room was stunning. Super comfortable bed. Amazing bathroom. They have the cutest restaurant bar and outdoor patio with quite a robust breakfast option and the staff is so so so friendly. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now and if you get the opportunity do it!

Loved Jules & Jim!
Great hotel in The Marais. Rooms are clean, up to date and very comfortable and the service is excellent. Very efficient, clean gym to workout and beautiful bar with very friendly staff and inventive/delicious cocktails. Bath towels are soft, thick and bright white. The black out/privacy shades were not operating properly (which we were told upon check in) and there were no working English channels on the tv except one BBC news channel, but those are minor complaints.

Love, love, love this hotel. Great room, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, AC is wonderful— great bar (and fab bartender) and concierge Simon is the most pleasant, obliging and thoughtful concierge in all of Europe (and we travel extensively). Very few suggestions: minibar in room would rock, breakfast price is steep when variety is so limited (can get amazing petit dejeuner for half cost a few steps away) but these are minor.

I stayed at Hotel Jules et Jim with my wife for 3 nights in April. This is a boutique hotel with friendly staff particularly the two gentlemen who worked front desk when we there. I think their names were Simon and Jules. We had a first floor courtyard room which was incredibly peaceful. The bar is elegant and serves wonderful cocktails. Or beer for those who want it - I did. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Marais meaning that the Pompidou, Picasso Museum, the Islands of the Seine, were all very walkable. The Gare de Nord was about a 15 minute cab journey away so perfect for the Eurostar. We will definitely be returning to Paris and to Hotel Jules et Jim.

What a fantastic small hotel! The location, in the middle of the Marais was fantastic. So many wonderful small shops, galleries, bistros and cafes just outside. There hotel has an intimate small bar with courtyard that oozes charm and sophistication. The bar offers excellent drinks and great charcuterie and cheese boards. The room was beautifully appointed with absolutely no wear-&-tear. It looked like I could have been the first guest to stay there. Every detail was considered including electric blackout shades for the windows and even the skylight. The excellent staff truly anticipate your every need. I stayed there the night before the recent transportation strikes, and while checking-in, the exceptional staff thought to ask if they could go ahead and arrange for a driver to take me to the airport the following morning, because the usually reliable transportation services may be disrupted. They were correct and absolutely assured I made it to my flight on time! This is what the phrase "above-and-beyond" means. I will definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting an exceptional experience in a fantastic location.

Everything about this hotel best my expectations. I loved the location, the comfort of the beds, every detail of the room was well thought out. Fir a small snack every inch was well utilized. We loved the bar/breakfast room and has a great vibe for each occasion. The front desk staff were super helpful. I slept great, and loved the convenience of the touch key pad to shut lights, and roll down the shades. For a hotel we randomly chose to be in the Marais area it far exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier, and they were so open to being helpful in anyway they could. I speak very little French, and though of course I was prepared to do my best, everyone at the desk during my stay was fluent in English and made communication easy. They were full of suggestions about the area, getting to the airport, whatever might come up. The grounds of the hotel itself, with its courtyard and small bar, are absolutely gorgeous. The room was small, as is typical in Paris, but more than made up for is size with its simple elegance and attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic - tucked just a bit out-of-the-way itself, but close enough to the subway and to just about anything you might need. A relatively quiet area, even though it’s just a few blocks from busier portions of the area. I would stay here again and again without hesitation.

The hotel couldn't be in a better location. The Marais is amazing and we could walk to so much. The hotel is very chic and pretty, but there wasn't enough space even for our bags in the room and I hated having the toilet in a different space from the sink--which was badly designed so water pooled in it and all around it. The receptionists (all men for some reason) were super stressed all the time. They were pleasant enough but the slightest thing--like my daughter not having a credit card, and asking them to use the one I had JUST given them on the phone for incidentals--seemed to overwhelm them, even though the solution was just to input the card manually, which took like one minute. We spent time in another hotel a few blocks away and liked it better.

Fabulous hotel with a lovely staff. Rooms on the main building are small but quiet and very private. (Direct entrance from the elevator to your room. One room per floor). They also have a great bar and the hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood.

Could not have been happier with this hotel !!!
What a great surprise. This hotel was wonderful - the location, the service, cleanliness, "unique" style. Highly recommend it to travelers. Right in the center of the Marais Arrondissment. A very special shout out to the front desk folks - Nicolas, Sabrina, (the other young lady) and especially Simon !!! I had some issues with my telephone, scheduling COVID test for return trip back to U.S. They were all patient, accommodating, personable and professional. You made our experience at Jules & jim most enjoyable. Merci Beaucoup from Tom & Jim !

There truly is nothing not to like about Jules et Jim. And the Sous les Toits room was lovely. Is there anything better than sitting on your own private terrace looking out at Paris and a clear view of le sacré-cœur! Every amenity was lovely - and the staff were all incredibly cordial & helpful. Simon, in particular, was so charming and kind. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer. But I will most surely be back! Bisou! Bisou!
