Great location close to everything walkable.. room was comfortable and very clean pillows were so unbelievable!!! Also the staff went above and beyond helping us with every need. Manager was very charismatic great personality and he even walked us with an umbrella to our Uber in the pouring rain.. great service will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel

What worked: - Reception Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to arrange tickets, transport and provide guidance on everything. Thank you again! - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Champs Elysees & Metro few minutes by walk. - Late breakfast till 11.30 What could have been better: - Rooms will feel small for those used to vacationing in Dubai and Far East etc. - Room Cleaning needs to improve. Dusting and washing of glasses etc. is a standard room cleaning exercise globally.

The guest services were excellent. We were impressed with the staffs' command of English. They were very transparent about the fees. The breakfast was delicious. We were, however, given a room with 2 problems, 1 was the stains on the wall, which were unsightly and 2 the room had no curtains and the bright light across the street kept us up at night.

The rooms are clean, the location was excellent and staff are friendly. To get hot water for a shower the wait was over 7 minutes, the towels are old and very thin. No coffee makers in the rooms and you can't get coffee until after 7:00AM.

It is hotel policy and clearly stated in the room reservation that there will be an extra cost for any additional persons in the room. And this was also explained to you by the Expedia customer support team. I apologise if you did not understand the explanation of the policy due to the language barrier. Horrible, smelled of cigarettes, STAY AWAY
The room was discusting, it was not clean and smelled so much of cigarettes. Super thin walls so you can here everything and difficult to sleep. Breakfast buffet terrible. But the worst thing was the cigarette smell inside the room, and this was a nom-smoking room.

Hotel was located in perfect location to walk around, yet quiet at night. Very unique structure of the room with bathtub with jet. Tuline at the receptionist was very helpful To offer arranging transportation on Sunday where it’s hard to catch taxi. Very warm welcoming atmosphere she’d provided during my stay. Thanks you!

Riots and Rain our save haven!
We were there during riots and rain ;o( but the staff did their utmost to keep us comfortable and more importantly safe... not that it was scary but they were very reassuring! Especially the gentleman which was covering the night duty! THANKS... Else it is a hotel with limited service, but the proximity to the city center does not need any extra services such as a restaurant. The do have a simple breakfast, we did not try it, but it was looking appealing if you want a quick bite. The 3rd bed for our daughter was OK, but would need a better mattress for longer stays with a child. We would come back any time!!

The room was a reasonable size with a comfy bed and a good bathroom. The bed lined and towels were changed regularly. Unfortunately the carpet needs to be replaced and the 2 chairs were very dirty. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Champs Elysees and very close to the George V metro station.

The overall facilities were good howver my daughter was bitten by most likely bed bugs and had more than six insect bites in rows in her body and days later others reappered. I her mother was itchy after two days, we informed and showed pictures the last day to attendant for we werent sure if it was merely an allergic reaction. It wasnt, we would like to get some sort of refund and inform the owner that room 601 on the last flooe had insects on the lavatory and the bed some sort of infestation.

The biggest disappointment
The only thing I liked about this hotel was staff and location. That's it. Want to share my bad experience: - when I just came I found a few napkins in the trash bin; seems like they don't clean room well; - my washbasin was clogged (of course they helped after I told them) - the smallest and the poorest hotel's breakfast I ever ate; don't buy it, it doesn't worth its price at all; - instead of having a bottle of shampoo and shower gel they put 2 bottles of shampoo - internet speed was horrible; I couldn't even talk to my wife on Skype. Download speed was norm - 3-4mB, but upload speed - less than 0.5mB! - PRICE!!! 2.1k for 8 nights. Really? I understand it's Paris, and that was an expensive district. But for my opinion the hotel doesn't worth its price.

Great location, only few steps from George V in Champs Elysees and many nice shops. Room is a bit small but not surprise for Paris and it's nicely decorated. There's no blinds or curtain in the bathroom window so i was a little bit worried the office building next could see you in the bathroom. Bed and pillows very nice and comfy.

Loving this hotel!
Best location and eatery is everywhere. Meant for shopaholic, walking distance to major branded goods. Parking is easy to find too. Service is good, best of all is the space of the hotel room and shower/bath tub. Bath room is heated and feel very warm, making you feel like home. This hotel is value for money, provides my favourite, good toiletries named NUXES.
