I arrived to the hotel, but I was told that there was no reservation even though I booked it online. Instead, the person in charge there wanted to charge me for 3 separate rooms which costs twice as much of the one that I originally booked which was one single family room for 4 people. I won't recommend it.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre est comfortable. De plus, la chambre a tout les appareils necessaries comme un micro-onde, cuisinière et grille-pain. Très bien.

This is a dilapidated hotel with newly renovated bathrooms. If you intend to live in the shower, book this hotel. Otherwise, avoid.

A nice place to stay
It was so easy. Check in, the stay, check out. A park across the street, cafes on the corner, and close to the metro and then close to the airport.

Paris trip
A clean and comfortable place to stay just outside of Paris. Close to the Metro and lots of nice bakeries and Cafe's all within walking distance. Friendly staff. Overall no complaints.

Very clean and friendly staff, breakfast was small, one cereal, croissants, pain at choclat, fruit and yoghurts. 5 mins walk to train station, Norte dam is a must and only a couple of stops away, about 45 mins from CDG airport. Bed comfy and quiet area

Overall the hotel and stay were fine. Nothing to complain about there. When I made the booking, I had requested a baby crib. Upon arrival there wasn’t a crib in our room. After we asked the staff about it and he checked on it, turns out the crib was broken so he gave us a crib mattress and a bed sheet for our 1year old to sleep on. Really frustrating. It ended up working in the end...kind of but it should have already already been in our room or they should have notified us about the crib before we arrrived.

Best or Worst?
Upon arriving at the hotel we were given a room that was clean. No problem with that. But the internet connection was horrible. My husband and I had to log on seriously every minute, the connection would not stay connected. On reporting this to the manager she said it would be checked. She reported back to us the next day that it was just the way it was in France. We checked out and to this hotels credit they did give us a credit on our bill. We went to another hotel and had a perfect internet connection. I was extremely disappointed with the laissez fare attitude about this issue. Our room also was extremely creaky. We could not figure out if it was the pipes or what, but it was something inside the walls. I would not recommend a stay here because of these two issues.

It was okay
It was okay but I wish the bathroom wasn't made of grey slate, I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. The toilet is also a bit high. I don't know if this is typical with Paris hotels but they use blankets with blanket covers instead of sheets.

I am very angry and disappointed. We booked our hotel through hotels.com I just saw my Visa now that i was charged two times for one night stay on the same day. How can they put through this twice? Now instead of enjoying my vacation as i am now in italy, i have to deal with this. The worst thing, i have no number to contact. I wont recommend hotels.com or this hotel at all. With regards to the hotel, very small, crowded. Not very clean.

Good size room
I was pleased that there was enough room for four of us to sleep comfortably. Room was walking distance from the metro. The staff weren't either friendly or helpful. Good room for Paris and to use as a place to spend the night.

Great location
This little hotel has helpful and kind employees. The hotel itself is small and old, however, it's clean and for just sleeping and showering it's good enough. It's near the Cité Universitaire metro so it's easy to get around. It's also next to a nice park.

A grand place to stay
Hotel located next to Parc Mountsouris which is beautiful and tranquil The neighbour is quite and only 5 mins walk from the Metro

Service was good and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The hotel's were clean ,however w no a/c all windows had to stay open and there were lots of bugs. I would stay again but when the weather is cooler.

Convenient Location.
The fact that you only have to take one train from the airport was great! The room was clean and the staff was very kind. The train station is just two blocks away and the neighborhood is safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very basic rooms were very small no fridge or coffee making facilities.Location was great close to all points of interest,metro rail station was very close ,about a 5 minute walk .If you just want a place to sleep it is cheap, clean and comfortable.

The rooom was drab and the lighting very poor. There was no ventilation in the bathrrom and the only window opened into the room from a small balcony. Not exactly secure. However, it was clean. No tea or coffee in the room and breakfast was very basic. I would not cel this a 3* hotel

Thank you for your comment. There is neither coffee nor tea proposed in your room for reasons of hygiene but how you were able to notice it, it is offered in reception hall! All our rooms are equipped with a system of ventilation. See you again soon.

quiet, peaceful, clean and private!
Lovely little hotel! Rooms clean, decor simple but lovely! In a quiet area with easy access to metro! Parking has to be paid so early mornings to move car is the only downside.

close to the University of Paris at Montsouris
great location, very safe, nice bistro on corner for early morning coffee and late night desert. Beware- no air conditioning, but they did provide a fan. Nice people. Place itself could have been a bit more clean, but it was acceptable. No toiletries provided, but can ask at desk. For the location ( across from a nice park, two blocks from RER/Metro, and tram one block up) and the price it was perfect. I would stay again, in cooler weather.

Quiet street on southern edge of Paris
Location suited me. Quiet street with easy cheapish parking outside and nearby. Virtually next-door to a park. Long walk to Metro by Paris standards - about 400 metres.

GOOD STAFF LET DOWN BY DIRTY AND SCRUFFY HOTEL.
THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE OFFERED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WAS SMELLY , OF DAMP AND MOULD, THE SECOND ROOM WE WERE OFFERED ON THE 4TH FLOOR WAS THE SAME. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WENT UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR TO ADVISE MY WIFE THAT THE SECOND OFFER WAS NO BETTER. BY CHANCE I PRESSED THE WRONG BUTTON IN THE LIFT AND WENT TO THE SIXTH FLOOR BY MISTAKE, I WENT TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE BUT OF COURSE NOW ENTERED THE WRONG ROOM. THIS ROOM WAS EMPTY AND ACCEPTABLE. I RETURNED TO THE RECEPTION AND SAID I WOULD LIKE ROOM 636, THEY WERE SURPRISED IT WAS NOT NOT LOCKED BUT KINDLY ALLOWED US TO TRANSFER TO THAT ROOM. WE HAD A PLEASANT FOUR DAYS AFTER THAT. RECOMMENDED DUE TO IT'S LOCATION AND STAFF ONLY. THIS HOTEL NEEDS A SERIOUS CLEAN AND REDECORATION, IN CONTRAST THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL BUT LET DOWN BY THEIR MANAGEMENT. SACK THE MANAGER AND HIRE A CLEANER.
