This hotel was in a great location and easy to get to all the sights. I particularly liked how clean and modern the hotel was. The bedding was excellent quality and big fluffy towels, robes and slippers were a nice touch. Room was small but this was not an issue as were out for most of the time. If I visit Paris again I would book this hotel.

Nice and conveniently located hotel in the quiet part of central Paris. A bit of unusual design, but it's comfortable and clean. Walkable to major attractions and close to two metro stations.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. It's located in a great area and easy to get to. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some updating and the lobby/elevator/hallways all smelled horrible during our stay. Orbitz is tricky- we thought we booked the duplex room and when we got there we had a tiny room that was not what we thought we paid for. The staff helped us get an upgrade but it did mean we had to pay for it. Not a fun way to start the trip but honestly the duplex room was the reason I chose this hotel and without it we would have been too crowded in the small room, not well lit that they first offered us. Our shower didn't drain at first and our floor was filled with water and we went through a stack of towels cleaning it up... maintenance came right away to fix it. Also our light in the bathroom was blinking after day 1 and it felt like a disco in there. It seemed like there isn't alot of prep that goes into getting ready for guests but I will say they are friendly and responsive which helped.

Staff was very helpful with check in. We were early so they held our luggage while we went out. Staff showed us to our room and then showed us where everything was in the 2 floor suite. Very helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport. Temperature in the room was okay…. I like it colder and was not able to make the temp colder. We were only in Paris for one night so I have a limited experience.

I would recommend the stay.
Place is great…within walking distance of many attractions, stores, restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Alexis was exceptional, his service (calling a taxi, showing us how to navigate the metro, addressing concerns etc..) and professionalism was top notch.

Great location, very friendly and professional staff, very good hotel. I habe stayed here for 2 nights, had a great time. The hotel is clean, safe, the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and speaks great English, know the city very well. The hotel is good unless you expect something extraordinary. The staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was very walkable. The bathroom shower was a little different than what we are used to in the US. We are used to shower head being attached to the wall and not just a wand that you need to hold.

Tight room and the bathroom was not very functional. Poor lighting and nowhere to place hair tools for women. Room needed a decent paint job. Hotel team was very nice & welcoming. Extremely quiet property- not many guests were around when I was there.

The safety deposit wasnt working when we checked in & we got stuck in the lift once. The toilet bowl is opposite end of ur shower area (ie in a separate section) which i hated cos u cant wash ur hands in the toilet. Shower area is in a bath tub which was slippery and has no handle to hold when getting in and out.

The hotel is in great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful but a little small. We didn’t have their breakfast but it looked great. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Frigobar was not working and also the light at the top Ask afternoon manager to fix and he came with excuses that was not possible because the parts was Not available, not my problem! Full of excuses for the 3 nights that I stayed! No considerations at all and no customer service, hope they fix the problem And next time they provide a better service Paulo Matias
