The room is small but serviceable and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. My only issue was the bathtub/shower - the floor of the tub is higher than the floor, so to climb out you have to go up over the rim of the tub and down onto a lower surface. I feel like a handrail would help a lot. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience.

Okay
The staff at this hotel were so lovely and friendly, but the hotel itself is just so-so. We had a non-working toilet, issues with lights or plugs not working, and the staff absolutely did what they could to help, but its just a bit of a mediocre hotel. The metro rumbles underneath, which woke me up nightly, and the accessibility isnt great if you have any mobility issues. The shower was nice in my room.

Phenomenal Experience, staff was very courteous and helpful :) Every encounter was met with a smile. The location is very close to most of the tourist sights, and the views of parisian life on the balcony were refreshing. 100 percent recommend if you want to stay somewhere tourist friendly and cozy :) Treś Bien

The staff were great, but the rooms are tiny and noisy, some decent restaurants in the area and the walk to the Eiffel tower was about 45 minutes, but a very pleasant walk.

Highly recommend!
We had a very nice stay here! We knew it would be smaller rooms, so we didn’t have expectations but we were pleasantly surprised with how up to date and nice the rooms were. People complained about the metro noise, but after 10pm they don’t run it so you don’t hear it anymore. If people are loud in the hallway, you will hear it but that’s it. The room was very clean, breakfast was great, they held our bags since we got in super early, and the staff was all very friendly! Definitely recommend especially for the area. The area was perfect walking to delicious cafe’s and a super nice area.

Great location but cramped tiny rooms
Great location in the heart of Saint Germain. However the hotel room was tiny, a bit cramped and there was no hair dryer and bathroom was very compact with hardly any room to move or put toiletries. The cleaning service was ok but they didn’t change towels very frequently (I was there for over a week on business). The cost was extortionate however for what is effectively a two star hotel. If you are a tourist coming for a couple of days then this ideal, but not for a business stay where you need space to work in the evenings etc.

Worst hotel ever!
THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! My credit card was charged twice and they've never fixed it, still waiting on mu refund. I was given the wrong keys when I checked in so my name was in one room but my keys were from a different room, I found out as I went back one afternoon and asked for a key to my room, the rude front desk person said they had nobody with that name on that room. 3 out of 5 nights with NO HOT WATER!!!!! You can hear and feel the train every single night, impossible to have a good night sleep, last but not least, the elevator is just for 1 person and 1 luggage, it's always in use so be ready to use this narrow stairs and climb up to 5 floors. The area is not even that great, several blocks till you can find a restaurant. Horrible experience with this hotel

You will never sleep except between around 1 am-6 am. Whenever the underground train stops running. It literally shook the pictures on the wall. The earplugs on the “desk” should have been my clue. Don’t bring luggage there is no room for it. The elevator is two people or one person and a suitcase. The pillows are toddler size. Good luck in the shower if you aren’t a very small person. Even then trying to reach your shampoo on the shower floor is interesting. Our luck the power went out only in this hotel and the fire alarm went off for a while one evening. They finally fixed the power and then eventually the alarm but then the air in the room wasn’t working. A few hours later that started working again. Staff were very nice and lots of things are walkable but you’ll be too tired to enjoy.

This hotel had everything we wanted: a good breakfast (meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, yogurts, hot drinks, cold drinks) to start our day, helpful staff that patiently answered our questions, a clean comfortable bed to return to after a busy day sight seeing. It was close to 3 different metro lines (4,10, and 12) and the neighborhood had plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and probably the same to Notre Dame with wonderful pre-Hausman sites along the way. I did not come to Paris to sit in my hotel, but I was grateful for the Hotel de Saint Germain at the start and end of each day I was there.

Caution.
Check in was an absolute nightmare. Took over an hour of back and forth between “new” desk staff, and the manager via phone, after an entire days worth of travel was awful. The bed in the room was fantastic, however the doors throughout the entire building slammed at all hours of the day and night. It’s also worth mentioning that the metro runs directly under the building and is quiet loud as well. The bed and the cleaning staff were fantastic otherwise the remainder of the experience was lacking. The management we spoke with at check in made it very clear that customer service was not their concern.

The hotel is small and the rooms are small as well. This place is located in a great location close to a metro station ane close to the lourve and Luxembourg gardens. Other than the location the hotel is rooms are comically small and the area is kinda loud. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for a good location to get anywhere in paris give that the metro station near by can take you pretty much anywhere in Paris. Other than that then I’d stay at a different hotel.

We had a 1 night stop in Innsbruck on our way to Venice. We are so happy we chose this hotel. It was in the heart of everything. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our room was excellent. I highly recommend!

This is a TERRIBLE and EXPENSIVE hotel. 2 ugly stars in a very expensive and beautiful neighbourhood. Hotel provides earbuds. Why? Building sits on a subway line. Train noise EVERY 3 minutes or so, DAY AND NIGHT. Please get some sleeping pills you decide to go here. Rooms are not rooms, but prison cells. NO WINDOWS Want to know more? 3 Euros for 500ml of water. 12 Euros for breakfast When I saw the cost, I was convinced it is a 4 stars. Should have been careful. Pack you suitcase at the reception where there is ONE CHAIR. Yes. One chair at the reception. NEVER going back there.
