The hotel was very pretty modern BUT we had ants in our room and they did not change our room . They said they were full. The next day we came back to our room to smell bug spray and our windows opened. We complained again and they finally moved us to another room. They expected us to sleep in that room . No compensation or concern. I have Asthma and can not be breathing chemical smells. Great location

Familys first Paris trip
We received a friendly greeting and checkin went smoothiy. Our room for 4 had everything we needed. Lovely balcony. Local church chimed. Road was not too busy. Great location for wandering around Paris.

the hotel is very well located and the rooms are clean. The only complaint is that every morning when people are leaving their rooms the doors slam shut and make alot of noise.

Excellent tourist hotel recently renovated. Idealy suited for metro to museums and places of interest. Breakfast was adequate. Service was efficient, friendly and given with a smile.

The suitecase even fit in the room. I paid for junior suite for 4 people. They gave me very small room for the price. Asegurese de los sqft de la hab antes de reservar.

This hotel was in a great location. Tons to do around the hotel and around 1 mile walk to everything you would want to see. We did Uber everywhere and it was easy to do. Got the biggest room available and it was good enough for 2 adults and a child. Spent 8 nights there. Would stay there again.

The hotel Metro expectations as far as the size of room and bathroom. However, the customer service was horrific. Furthermore, the front desk charged me 24 Euro for one coffee, one cup of fruit and one pastry because they said my kids ate two breakfasts at 12 euros a piece. This was ridiculous completely egregious, and it ruined the end of our stay. I would NOT recommend staying here because there are plenty of better options in the same area.

Staff pleasant and helpful.Several metro lines close by and the hotel is a short walk from Galeries Lafayette and the Garnier Opera house. Our room had been modernised and fairly well fitted out but there wasn’t a lot of space and although there was a hanging rail we could have done with some shelves or drawers for our clothes. It suited us that the breakfast was kosher. We have stayed here before and should we return to Paris would be quite happy to stay here again.

Room was clean and a good size. Front desk staff was helpful, we were able to store our bags there while we waiting for our room to be ready. Not particularly convenient location wise but an overall good experience.

Good location greeted by riendly reception but not given asked type of room. Booking was done 2 months in advance and confirmed for twin beds but was given double bed. Could have informed us in advance. Frequently only one bath or face towel instead of two. Would not go again.

Ants everywhere in the room - on the bed, in the bathroom. If you leave any food in the room you will wake up to hundreds of them munching on your food. Disgusting. Besides that, location very good, breakfast good.

Our professional camera equipment was stolen right from the lobby seen in the hotel's advertisement pictures - in bright daylight - and 4 feet away from the completely incompetent receptionist. When we asked for a supervisor there was no on available for over a day. Nobody helped us in any way, they wouldn't even call the police and were generally blocking rather than assisting the investigation. My suspicion, supported by others who witnessed this brazen robbery, is that someone among the hotel staff was in on the theft. Apart from this very frustrating experience, the hotel staff was generally unfriendly and incompetent, even before the theft of our equipment. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Dear Till, we are surprised to read your comments about our team. We do understand your disappointment and frustation about what happened in our lobby. However, our team is working hard to get our customer satisfaction. We completely trust the honesty of our receptionist as regards to respecting the customers belongings. You cannot take them for responsible of the situation as they are busy with other customers and you were getting in and out.... The police did came in the hotel when they can as we cannot get them as soon as we call them - especially as no one broke anything. You are the one that should go to the police center to make a statement. Again, we are sorry about your experience but we are not the one to blame for belongings left unattended. It is unfair to make such comments. Wish you all the bests.

Nice size room
The room was quite big by Paris standards. The price was very good. The location is very good. The only complaints I have is that I returned to my room at 3-4pm and my room had still not been made up. Also on one of the mornings I stayed there , when I went to take my shower there was no hot water. I was informed they were working on it and by late afternoon I had hot water

Good hotel and good concept a little pricey for the area . If you would like a late check out it’s half the price of the booking after 12pm however which I was surprised by . It would have been better if aa I checked in at 1am. They accomadated me

This hotel is so smart - very modern and stylish. We had a room on the 5th floor (2nd & 5th floors have balconies) so an amazing large balcony, modern comfortable bed and cool art everywhere. Shower is a waterfall / huge head one which is fabulous. Went for my mums bday so very happy with this choice!
