I did not like anything, it was waste of 180 and I really need to ask for my money back. There were bed bugs, etc etc please let me know what you could do to cancel this charge . I could not sleep last night and they also asked me to ck out at 8:30 am Thanks

This horel is no grand. It’s in a scary part of town, next to what looks like homeless shelter. Room smelled like sewer, just not hood

Very old hotel even the sheets, towels and furnitures are bad. Does not look like the photos. The two lady drivers/ receptions were nice but only 1 understand and can speak a little English. A 3rd lady always looks mad and not helpful. Everything you ask has a price to pay. Only best thing is the free shuttle r/t to Orly airport. €5 each way to the train station.

Very inconvenient hotel. Rooms on 2nd floor, no elevators and rooms are tiny. Suggested only for catching an early flight at ORLY airport

Bad Airport Transfer Negiligent
These guys do not answer their phone when you are at the airport Waiting area where their transfer bus picks you up. I tried for 40 minutes to get them to answer and no answer. This is major bad business practice. I had to take a taxi to the hotel and pay out of my pocket. Get this even the transfer driver of the bus when he returned me to the airport tried to call the hotel from the bus because a customer left his glasses at hotel, and even then the hotel did not answer his call either and that was the next day. Worse they do not routinely send the van to the airport only on a call and they do not answer the calls. I will NOT stay here a again.

Great place for price range. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good size room. Bathroom a little small, but nice. Nice air conditioning! Staff friendly and helpful. Great proximity to ORLY airport; only about 15 mins. Hotel offers free airport shuttle.

Very smooth and simple check in process with a very nice staff. The room itself was pretty small and a little dingy, more so than it looked on the pictures. The free shuttle service was really easy, and I appreciated that for a morning flight out of Orly.

It’s just a basic room and bath. Okay for just one night stay close to the airport in an industrial area. Restaurants around do not open till 7pm.

The property looked like an old warehouse converted into a hotel. There really wasn't any amenities other than a vending machine. I did not feel real safe in this location. We had a shuttle service to the airport and this person was terrible. We left at 4:30 AM and once inside the vehicle he put the radio on very loud and instead of dropping us off at our terminal (which was one) he continued on to 2 and let us walk back. Very rude driver will never stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was rude and did not speak or understand English very well. There was a dog running around the property and his food was right next to the breakfast area. It is suppose to have 24 hour service and we requested a wake up call that never came and we could not reach anyone form 3:30 am until the time our shuttle picked us up at 4:30. The shuttle guy was ruder than the girl up front and just dropped us off in the middle of the airport with no directions in which way to go. He would not help with luggage or airport information.

Good to stay as near Orly airport. I was attributed a room in their newer building.The hotel is situated in a logistic estate, hence it was nothing nice to see and a little bit noisy, but this was not a trouble with earplug. It is located 10 minutes away from a shopping center where you can find restaurants and other amenities. Fit for purpose. The hotel also provides airport shuttle (which I did not use), but otherwise Ubers or taxis are easily available to reach the airport. Wifi was working properly and room was of a decent size.

The only positives with this hotel are the proximity to the airport and free shuttle. If I only knew my previous hotel in Paris would be much better I would wake up 30 minutes earlier and pay for a 4am taxi. There is no coffee maker or tea in the room. If you want one, get it at the gas station nearby or restaurant if they are open. As for the shuttle, the driver is in such a hurry to get out of the airport at our 4:30 am drop off, he dropped us off at the arrival section. It's OK if there are no old people disabled or tons of luggage. The extra walk and figuring your way to the departure check in area would be a challenge. I dont recommend this hotel with its unwelcoming staff during our check in. Pay the extra $30 or $50 at a better rated hotel in 2 mile radius or stay in Paris and wake up 30 minutes earlier to compensate for taxi time.

Great stay at Hotel Senia
It was a lovely place to stay for an early morning flight! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was very clean. Would recommend staying here again. Also the free airport shuttle got us to the airport under 10 minutes.

Convenient hotel between flights. Small room with tiny bathroom but clean. Very friendly staff, breakfast buffet is worth the additional 10 Euros, free shuttle to/from airport. Felt safe as solo traveler.
