We loved it! Our room was ready as soon as we got there like around 11am and the room was spotless and comfortable! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Stayed only two nights and we out most of the time and checked in very late (23:40) on first day and it went very smoothly. 2nd night came back to the hotel well after mid- night and did not have any problem getting in. Day staff was very friendly. night staff were ok.

Dear Mr Blanqui, It's possible to turn on and off the AC from the room controler, and it is not from our habits to turn it off at night. Thanks to your message, we checked the system and the filtre needed to be cleaned, which explained the interruptions. We fixed it. Disappointing
We stayed at this Grand Hotel Clichy for our ladies weekend out in May. We had booked two family rooms as we were 6 of us but were given just one family room and two twin rooms, and one of the rooms is not worth mentioning. The room was too dark n dingy and none of the electric plug point worked. Hotel evening staff had switched of the air conditioning that we were grasping for breath at night as it was too suffocating. Definitely won't recommend a they had charged us for family room n were given crappy rooms!!!

When arriving we were told the room was flooded and we were moved to another hotel were we had to walk to with our suitcases and 2 kids we then got no breakfast in the morning then had to carry our suitcases back up to the grand central clichy hotel wait till after 12pm to be able yo get into the room at this point we were told we booked only 2 nights not 3 and that's why we were moved to another hotel and the room had been double booked eventually we got our room later that night the rest of our stay was fair bit breakfast was disappointing little food and no space to sit , we did like the hotel and area but lost precious time on our Paris visit due to arrival issues

Good hotel, the connecting rooms are fine if you want to spend your days out. Ana at the reception was very helpful in answering all questions, and providing some good tips. All in all, a great hotel for a trip to Paris

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during our visit to Paris. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a room on the top floor and was just what we needed for our stay. The hotel is close to the Metro and has some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit again and would recommend the hotel.

The rooms are too small.I coudnt take a shower in the small bath enclosure. The rooms overlooking the main street are too noisy. The breakfast is pathetic, only cold breakfast available. Avoid breakfast. The only positive about this location is the front desk Sandra.

Good value for money esp when in paris
The room was comfortable for our family of 4. The parking consisted of only 4 small spaces so if you dont get a reservation I dont know where else you would park since it is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple (chocolate and plain croissants, bread for toast, yogurts, cereal, pancakes and crepes, and some meats and cheeses) but held us over until lunch time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Nice, clean and newly refurbished hotel
Nice, clean and newly refurbished hotel in a nice area. Room was clean and a good size. Close to metro and local shops, bakeries and supermarkets. Not a lot of restaurants in the area though. Good price compared to other hotels in the area.

A little gem.......
Researched a lot of hotels in Paris before finding this little beauty - staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the room was modern, spacious and clean and it was close enough to the Metro to get into the centre of Paris. Great value for money too!

The immediate area was under construction. The hotel itself was very nice; a little small but very nice. They had a little continental breakfast and the lady that check us in was amazing in helping us getting around the city and suggesting places to eat.

Overall, we were very pleased with Grand Hotel Clichy. The hotel's front looked old and appeared to be undergoing repairs. Once inside though, the space is clean and modern looking. Rooms are more spacious than those in comparable Paris hotels. Desk Manager (Lea) was very helpful and made our restless toddler "at home" with gummies. She was also very helpful with arrangements for local tours. Breakfast was very good. Though the choice was not wide, they were just what I wanted.
