The hostel staff were overall were very helpful especially the day staff. However 1. the guests were very loud even late at night. 2. the menu could be more varied to include: fish, vegetables, and fresh fruit (evenings). But I would stay again for sure

There was no room cleaning even though we stayed for 3 days. Rooms are so tiny and not cleaned Even after asking to get it cleaned, we never got the room cleaned

Staff & room were great with 24 hr front desk service! The area was nice in the suburbs and close to a few restaurants & take out. Also a small local grocer was within a 5 minute walk and the bus to Disneyland was right around the corner. My only complaint was that another customer in the building smoked on the balcony outside and it wafted through my window and stunk up my room a little. Room was very small, but in good condition and I slept great in the bed!

First time stay at an Eklo. It was very.. trendy! I was probably a little old for this hotels target demographic, but that being said the staff were incredible and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was good and the free arcade game was a plus for my son!

Perfect hotel, particularly for visiting Disney. Clean and modern, the bus stop to Disney is a 2-minute walk away, the staff are helpful. The rooms are very small but when you are just sleeping and getting ready there it's just what you need.

Easy check-in helpful staff. Street parking limited around side streets. Communal areas in hotel have seen better days and give a poor impression of the property. Roo was clean and well equipped. Booked through Expedia a three double bedrooms apartment but they don't have any three bed, two bed and bed settee Huge shopping mall within easy walking distance. Free bud from outside direct to Disneyland.

Hello expedia team. My experience in eklo was terrible, such a disappointment. I travel with my daughter that is 20 years old, door in the toilet are basically there for nothing, I needed to send my daughter out the room to shower my self after a long trip, because obviously I didn’t want her to see me. She started crying and for me that was enough. I went to the front desk to complain and nobody cared about it. I took a taxi and at 11 pm I went to Moxy hotel, so basically I didn’t even sleep one night in that disgusting elko place. Please help me to get my money back. They shouldn’t scam people.

I stayed in a queen double room with my best friend, the room was very small, no wardrobe little room to move around. The tv was glued to the wall so we Couldn’t plug in our HDMI cable, but the worst part was the bathroom. There was a sliding door which didn’t close properly and you could hear everything. The bathroom was so small that when the door was shut you couldn’t move. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was ok however the pillows were lovely, only one was supplied for each person but you can ask the front desk for more. The privacy aspect of the place wasn’t amazing. There was a window but no blinds inside the room however there were blinds on the outside which anyone could lift up and see in. The best part of this hotel was the common room which has a free table food and a free arcade machine which has many games to choose from

The hotel and staff were overall very nice, clean and offered friendly assistance! The connection to bud and highway were very nice! The service was nice and so was the area. Though the only problem I have are the rooms themselves. Only one tiny window, that everyone can look through while going by, even on the upper floors. You can also hear EVERYTHING. The small window offers nearly no fresh air to come in. Which is a problem because it was very hot and sticky. The room was way too small for two people!!! The door to the bathroom was a shoving door so you could see inside through the gap and hear everything. The walls were also painted very poorly. An actual AC would have been nice. Or a bigger room for double beds. This was just a hot, stuffy, claustrophobic mess.

Great affordable accommodation for a Disney trip. Bus that goes to the parks or an Uber was only around 11-14€. Rooms are clean and good charging points. Bathrooms are very small you can't turn around in the single 2 bed bathroom with the door closed but I was on my own so this wasnt a problem. No air conditioning but there was a tower fan provided in the room which worked well. Definitely better than I expected for the price and will stay here again if looking for a cheap offsite hotel for my Disney trips.

Friendly staff, lovely lounge, room was very basic but it is a hostel so to be expected. Great location for Disney and can be got to by bus. Only negative is that the doors slam as they are heavy and when they do everything shakes

You get what you pay for really. It’s a great and ideal location for those looking for a place really close to Disney. Literally paid €24 to Disney in total there and back. Split between 2 people that’s only €12 each. However what you get is simply a small room with an en-suite. My only real complaint is the pillows they provide. Super super thin - felt like sleeping on tissues. But again for what you pay it’s absolutely a great place to stay!

Ideal cheap one night stop over
Rooms were dark and very small but clean and comfortable. Ideal for a one night stop over but would be pretty oppressive if you had booked a longer stay. No air conditioning, just a noisy fan so would be very uncomfortable in hot weather.

This is a nice place but it is not a hotel it is more of a hostile. It would be good for passing by. The rooms are small for two people. No hotel services. We wanted a hotel because we were staying for a week. It is also too far away if you plan to spend your time in Paris. They did offer a good breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location if you cannot afford the higher Disney prices. The rooms are basic but if you're spending most of your day at DLP or val d'europe then it has all you need. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast available to start each day.

This hotel works, it has beds and a bathroom which is really all you need if you’re planning to be out an about all day. I will say the beds were a little hard for my liking and the bathroom was comically small (you literally couldn’t turn around in the bathroom with the door closed). Also the doors of the rooms were having issues apparently and you had to slam the door a specific way for it to lock correctly, which wasn’t necessarily an issue for us but could definitely become an issue for someone who doesn’t make sure the door is locked before leaving

Amazing place to stay so close to Disneyland which is why we was travelling. The staff where amazing knew very good English as well. The only thing was the rooms for us are very warm, (no heating on) but we took a fan with us so it wasn’t too bad. We are looking forward to coming back in June! 🙂

The hotel is super modern and extremely clean. Amazing transport links to Disney parks and perfect for a stay. Rooms are really small and basic with no amenities like iron or kettle. We enjoyed our stay as we only needed a place to sleep! If we are visiting Disney again we would definitely consider EKLO.
