No tell-tale signs of infestation were found, and although this information was conveyed to you, you posted the above. This is exceptionnaly disappointing but we understand the logic behind it. It was also mentionned to you we would send a professional to detect any potential infestation our trained team would have missed. We confirmed by email the date of pest control visit, and confirmed again earlier today the room was clear of any infestation (an official report was attached).
