Thank you for your comments, we will use them to improve! We always do our best, when you arrive early (before check-in time at 3:00 p.m.) to find you an available studio. You are then simply asked to wait a moment so wen can help, as has been the case. Note that you also have the possibility of leaving your luggage free of charge and then returning from 3:00 p.m.! Cleaning is weekly, we have done our best to indicate this on all booking platforms but also on displays in the hotel. Our team lends you whatever you may need, we do not take money but ask for a guarantee (an identity document) to ensure that the loans are returned to us. This is important, in a 203-room establishment, in order to ensure everyone the availability of the desired equipment. We are sorry that you did not bring your comments to our attention during your stay, we would then have done our best to transform your dissatisfaction into satisfaction. Give us another chance! In order to guarantee a good turnover of loans, and always have equipment available for all requests, we need to take out a guarantee! With 203 studios, we do our best to guarantee access to this equipment. We do not use the bank guarantee, it is not there for that, because we do not sell our equipment but wish to be able to make it available free of charge, and on request. It seems that we have not taken the time to really explain this to you and we are sorry that it has been a source of dissatisfaction. We hope to see you again, see you soon!

Dear Mark, your feedback is valuable and we thank you for taking the time to share your opinion following your stay. Our reception team is at your disposal 24/7 and we would have liked to be informed of your dissatisfaction with the studio, as soon as you check-in or at least during your stay! We could then have done what was necessary to find a solution for you as soon as possible: all the equipment you mention is available in the hotel, or on loan. Cleaning is weekly or extra on request (prices are in the studios and at reception) We hope to see you again very soon and prove to you that we can be up to it.

We are really sorry for this lackluster feedback. We would have preferred to collect your comments during your stay, so we could have: offered you a superior studio, more spacious, and therefore probably meeting your expectations, for only 10 more per day! We could also have explained to you that the studio is cleaned weekly, it is in particular thanks to this that you benefit from our best price! Finally, regarding the location, if you don't want to walk, you can use tram 9, the stop of which is located 100m from the entrance to the establishment, then metro 7, 100m from the same tram! You still leave us the score of 4/5, we are delighted that for the rest we were able to meet your expectations. See you soon.

It's a daily one. we check regulary with the person in charge of maids and housekeeping. You could ask us some towels at the front desk and we would have given to you one with pleasure.
