The expertise revealed the presence of bedbugs and the rooms were therefore treated.This company has explained that the presence of these insects is in no way related to a lack of hygiene or cleanliness on the hotel and that there is no preventive treatment to combat this scourge.We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will apply our "Remboursé et Invité" Guarantee.We thank you for alerting us and hope to welcome you again in better conditions.
