We called this property literally "the Hidden Hotel". It's location is hard to get on GPS, Maps, other apps Even Taxi Drivers couldn't find it. Directions would lead us down one way streets the wrong way. When we arrived, we found we had a room with a King Bed. I had reserved a twin bed room for my partner and myself. It was close to the Paris Metro but continually we would get lost in our comings and goings from this hotel property. The added area reconstruction did not help matters any at all.

In principle and with the address, it is easy to geolocate. As for finding your way out of the metro, we're sorry that it wasn't easy for you. The hotel was wonderful! The area was perfect! So many fabulous places to eat and shop and not too far from the center of Paris! Would definitely stay there again!

A great hotel to stay especially to attend a conference nearby in the Palais de congress. Large room with a great view. Very clean and really comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to the metro and nearby shops and large park.Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the breakfast had many options. However the french pastries were never fresh. We didn't have any conditionner in the room, no shower cap or make up removal wipes, which is a bit disappointing for a four star hotel. The metro was a 10 minute walk away which was nice. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus or a car around the area during pick hours as you could get stuck in the same vicinity for 15 minutes because of traffic and constructions.

Updated, modern decor. Good value for a nice Parisian hotel; I chose it for that reason (as a solo traveler) and to earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Best part is that it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the Port Maillot metro station which makes it convenient to easily go anywhere you want to in Paris.

Nescafe coffee in th room was awful. Cleanliness was good, bedspread was dirty. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The extra touch of the lavender cache was lovely. Thank you for your services, I enjoyed being there. I would recommend it to others.

The only missing thing is the room service. Its more of a help yourself hotel and the front desk people helping you. To the smallest details The hotel needs a special room service. Instead of having the front desk people coming to you for each request

Very big comfortable bed. Windows blocked all outside noise. Nice size room for a hotel in Paris. Location was great. Only downside is there is no self service laundry, the laundry service offered is outrageously expensive.

Amazing hotel
The hotel and hotel staff were just amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a fantastic location and the room was modern and very comfortable.

It’s a very basic hotel and one can find much better hotels at this price. Hyatt regency and Le meridian close by offer much better amenities and comfort at same or lesser price. The hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. The staff is helpful and cooperative. The breakfast buffet is nothing to talk home about. I will avoid.

Bad housekeeping!
Staff at the front desk were friendly, however housekeeping was very bad. Bedsheets and pillow sheets were not changed even though there were visible stains. Dirty cups were not changed or even washed!. Even after we made a complaint in the front desk, nothing changed except the last day, where they came up and collected all the dirty cups that had accumulated. Dirty tissues were still on the floor after housekeeping finished. All housekeeping did was change towels and make bed, nothing else.
