There's no sign for the property so check in is a little bit confusing. The QR code worked fine the 1st day but couldn't open the front door after that. The actual apartment rooms was clean and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly. It's fully furnished and has all the amenities needed. The biggest disappointment was there was no hot water at all on our 2nd day.

I liked the location which was close to all the metro stations, grocery stores, cafes, general merchandise shops, and restaurants. It was safe. The hotel had attendants available at the counter most of the time and they were helpful and cordial They spoke English and provided needed items throughout our stay. The only drawback we experienced was a lack of air conditioning and proper ventilation. There was an AC unit available but was not working. The staff informed us that they were going to check all thermostats in the rooms so maybe someone complained about it. We opened our windows to get cool air flowing in and that helped. We visited Paris in the late spring so we had cool weather. I would recommend checking to ensure a working AC is available before booking a room. Everything else was satisfactory.

It was brand new property. The TV was not working well that we informed them through WhatsApp and nothing was done in 4 days that we were there. No reception during the day. The check in email was confusing but we figured out our room after going up and down a few times.

This place was truly remarkable. I travel a lot. I have never stayed in a place that was done so thoughtfully. Every single thing was thought through. We felt safe. The place was impeccably clean. Lots of great dining choices nearby. This is definitely my go-to from now on when staying in Paris
